Experiencia fantástica: It was a pleasure to work with Charmy during our recent house hunt! As first time homebuyers navigating a crazy housing market, Charmy was patient and flexible. She showed us every house we wanted to see and offered her experienced, realistic take on each of them. When the offer on our dream home wasn’t accepted (it was apparently 65 other people’s dream home too!) she reassured us that we’d find another home we loved. We ended up purchasing a beautiful home that is much better suited to our needs as a family. Besides my said requirements, she took into consideration every aspect like access to laundry, distance from college, access to grocery store and the budget as well. The day we went for the house tours, me and roommates were actually confused since all the apartments she shortlisted for us were so great.. !! Charmy helped us in getting a beautiful and spacious 3BHK apartment within less than a week. She is really cooperative, responsive and great at what she does ! I am so happy that I got her contact because she does her own research and helps you to a get a great apartment in a great neighborhood...!!! :)

Since we were international students she made some special arrangements for you which really made it easier for us to move-in to the apartment. Charmy was not only able to manage these, but was also able to coordinate with a contractor for construction and coordinate with town for all the permits and inspection. We could not have expected more from her, rather she went above and beyond in every aspect of the whole process. She is a our realtor for life!

We got multiple offers within couple of days of the first open house. She coordinated with the tenants and worked around their schedule as well. We did not have to do anything. We had a 2 bedroom which she helped us convert into a 3 bedroom. She got all the permits and the construction done without involving us at all. She is very hands on. Experiencia fantástica: 100% 100% 100% Hands down the best realtor who not only says clients first but also PROVES IT! I’m glad to have had Charmy by my side for my home purchase. As a first time home buyer & knowing it to be sellers market I wasn’t sure if this was the right time for me but Charmy put me at ease & made sure I am not rushed in anyway & make an informed decision! She is very smart, intelligent & knowledgeable when it comes to real estate! She is not about a quick deal but is all about the RIGHT deal! Going higher on the price & winning bids is most easy & basic strategy but knowing the right value of the home & then placing the bid with favorable terms to make the deal work is truly her Forte! Even though me & my parents had our own lists but she was very patient & did her due diligence to ensure that all the items from our lists were checked off! She helped me with every possible thing one can imagine with home purchase, be it insurance mortgage and attorney or dealing with sellers side to make the deal go through! Day or night any questions I may have were answered promptly & was always at ease but also knowing that she is the one taking all the matters in her hands & getting it done! I can’t deny the fact that the deal indeed was very complex & we were about to lose it midway but Charmy is one hell of an agent to have kept the deal alive & making it reach the FINISH LINE! Experiencia fantástica: If 10 stars were to be highest and greatest, Charmy would definitely have received not just from me but whoever worked with her before. Indeed, I cannot speak for others but you will concur with me if you give yourself and Charmy a chance. Stars aside, she was very supportive of my viewpoints while at the same time provided me with constructive input and feedback throughout the entire time which really made a huge difference in my decision making though I am not easily swayed by any other individuals unless I have implicit faith in the person. I am a receptive person but will only heed good advice. Just like an old saying that wo brains, in most cases, work better than one. Writing/posting reviews is never my "thing" but I did this because Charmy really went above and beyond which finally landed me with my current first home after viewing many in Jersey City. She is not being pushy or attempted to rush me into making a decision like other agents I worked with (yes, I've had other agents while searching for my dream home in the past 5 months). Instead, she listened and took notes of my requirements/expectations. She answered all my questions as detailed as she possibly could and oftentimes I did not even need to ask again (which is not uncommon for first-time home buyers to ask the same question over and over again). Speaking of which, in order to avoid any confusion, to prevent anything from slipping through the cracks and for future reference it is highly recommended to put it in writing as having impeccable memory retention is almost impossible. Of course, whenever asking questions please do cut to the chase. Keep it short and concise. Spend your precious time on writing a good review instead after closing the deal; which is what I am doing now (tongue-in-cheek). Establishing a good rapport with an agent is not rocket science but it does need mutual understanding and two-way communication without which the end result is never satisfactory and may eventually result in an unpleasant situation (it happened to me once whereby I had to terminate my agreement with that agent). I am not a picky or demanding person but when it comes to purchasing a home somehow I just have to. Certainly not to the extent that would tick someone/agent off otherwise I would not be writing this lengthy review commending Charmy. It is noteworthy that whenever it comes to purchasing a property, never rush as you are going to live in there for years or even decades. For those of you who are contemplating of buying a property, especially if you are a first-timer do give Charmy a chance and you will concur with everything mentioned herein. By the way, I am not affiliated with Charmy or her company in any way. Let alone getting paid for writing this review. I am just sharing my experience so that you guys know who to look for and what to expect of a REAL good agent while at the same time applauding Charmy's professionalism, diligence, perseverance, knowledge and conscientiousness. She helped us buy a place for a reasonable price with credit for all the repairs needed to be done. I would give her more than five stars.
