Experiencia negativa: Gave me a quick tour, told me that AC and the electric fireplace were included in the unit. Turns out when it comes time to sign the lease that the fireplace is set to be removed because it isn't covered by insurance, and when I tried to use the AC it was filled with mold. I told the landlord about it and they said AC was not included, because that was left by the previous tenant, and is the tenant's responsibility. Was also told that the place would be clean upon arrival, the apartment was still coated in dust. I think the landlord barely did a sweep.
