His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding, and he went above and beyond—he even created the cutest hardcover book featuring my property! It’s easy to see why he’s the top Realtor in Berks County. Thanks to Ed’s hard work, I received 3 offers in just 3 days. He truly deserves every bit of his success!

Experiencia fantástica: Ed really is the best realtor in Berks! He was very patient with us as we searched for our forever home and helped with every detail once we found a home. He was great with both buying and selling!

Experiencia fantástica: We didn't hire Ed at first. We went with another agent, and 6 months after hiring them we were no closer to selling our house than we were when we hired that agent. Ed came in for the rescue. He was optimist but honest with his assessments, giving us real, honest advice about what the market was supporting and really where we are at with getting the house sold. He was laid back, but his relaxed demeanor spoke to his experience and confidence. He didn't always tell us what we wanted to hear, he told us what we needed to hear- and what we have found out during this (our first time selling), is that knowing the facts is paramount to getting your house sold. We don't plan on selling our current home for many, many, many years- however when the time comes, even though its a hike for him, we hope he will sell this home for us as well. Great job Ed. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Ed was easily the best decision I made. He was thorough, precise, kind, informative, and extremely understanding throughout the whole process. He proved time after time that he was the right man for the job. Keep up the great work Ed.

Experiencia fantástica: We recently had the pleasure of working with Ed and couldn't have been happier with our experience. From start to finish, Ed was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping us buy our future home. He took the time to understand our needs and his expertise in the industry truly made a difference. We would highly recommend Ed to anyone looking for a realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Ed is absolutely wonderful!! From the moment we sat down with him to talk about putting our home on the market till the closing of the sale he made it effortless.(by the way we were pending in 3 Days yes you heard that right 3 Days) Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: We used Ed for both the buying and selling of our house. In both cases he was a pleasure to work with. The market was quite a bit different between buying and selling, but Ed was able to read the market and navigate the situation. I had no idea what to expect during the sell with interest rates being so high, but with Ed's guidance and preparation we sold in 1 day and over asking price. Having worked with other realtors, I can confidently say that if you are needing to buy or sell a house you cannot find anyone better than Ed, as he sets the bar for what a realtor should be.

Ed was extremely patient, answered all of our questions, and was on point every step of the way. We just had settlement and could not be more thrilled. The entire experience was 100% top-notch. Thank you to Ed and his entire team.

Experiencia fantástica: We cannot say enough about our experience buying and selling with Ed Spayd. He openly welcomed the challenge of finding the perfect 1700s fieldstone farmhouse with bank barn that would be our “forever.” Ed walked through many homes and barns throughout Berks and kept us steady/on track for our end goals. He never once tried to steer us to a property that wouldn’t work for our family and was very honest about his opinions as we looked. On the seller's side, Ed’s knowledge of the local market continued to serve us well. He knew what needed to be done, which photographer would make our home shine and how to employ the best marketing strategies to attract buyers to our home. While bids were coming in, Ed encouraged us to stay steady and just trust the process. Ed and his team at Re/Max kept us abreast of all proceedings and always quickly followed up with any questions or concerns we may have had. This was my daughter’s first time buying and selling at same time, in this crazy time. I felt he was looking out for her and was not shy on pointing out possible problems. Ed is very patient, and is a pro at what he does. Thank you Ed you made this experience less stressful.
