She really helped us not just find the home, but made the whole process a lot less stressful: - She was really clear about expectations / timelines / etc - She explained things really well. We're new to owning a home and didn't know much about the process but she patiently answered all of our questions and in ways that made sense to us - She was very responsive - even if she needed time to look into and confirm something, she would reply to let us know so we weren't ever left hanging - When we looked at houses, she gave us good insight into things, and even pointed out some things that we hadn't noticed. This made us feel like we had someone on our side, not just performing a transaction - She never pressured us to take a deal / make an offer that we weren't ready for. Jerry came to us recommended from a close friend of the family and we could not have been happier to use him and his agency for our real estate transaction. Our property was a renovated Barn / horse farm located in a rural area making it a complex property for valuation and sale. As my wife had recently taken a new job our sale was time bound as it was part of a relocation process. Jerry was very responsive to our initial inquiries and set a meeting a couple weeks after the initial inquiry and came prepared with a full valuation as well as a very detailed approach as to how he would market property through a wide variety of means and forums to meet our needs and desires and give us the best chance at a quick sale so we can move on with relocation process. It was clear upon our first meeting that Jerry is not only very very knowledgeable, thorough in detail, and hard-working but is extremely friendly and personable and will take the time to any answer any and all questions help us thoroughly evaluate any and all concerns and integrate us into every part of the process for our home sale. In short after that first meeting we knew right away that he was the right person for the job and that this was going to be a very good relationship. Shortly after entering into the agreement to sell the home covid-19 hit and everything shut down. However that did not deter Jerry and his team and he was in constant contact updating us on the status of changes in ability to show homes and planning for alternate means to virtually market the home. Meanwhile to ensure we would lose no time Katrina came out and helped us do a staging evaluation for a home to ensure it would show well and get it ready for sale. Despite the pandemic impacting the ability to schedule the various aspects needed for the home sale - photos , etc - Jerry also arranged for drone video footage and photos, all coming out excellent. As soon as the market conditions changed and home showings were allowed to commence, Jerry quickly got us listed and on the market and we had nine showings within the first 72 hours with over 2000 hits on Zillow in the same timeframe. Through all this hard work we were able to get almost a full price offer and the home was under contract within one week. Although a lot of agents may pull back a bit after the home is under contract Jerry and his team continued to maintain focus and diligence to get us through all the rest of the things that had to occur to affect the home sale. We had a few curveballs along the way and Jerry deftly navigated us through each one with successful outcomes. No matter what time of day or day of the week he made himself available to us when it was convenient for us and was always very responsive each and every time helping to allay fears where concerns didn't really exist and help us inform concerns where fears were real and there was risk. He also ensured that we stayed on track with a very aggressive timeline of 45 days between going under contract & final closing. Simply put we love Jerry - we consider him family and are very lucky and fortunate to know him and been able to work with him and his team. Experiencia negativa: During settlement he made multiple promises that he did not keep. My realtor and his broker had to step in and finish the job that Jerry started and never finished. He lied on multiple occasions and never follow through on what he was supposed to do. I called him several times and never got a call back. After not receiving callbacks from Jerry I called his broker Coldwell Banker . I left three messages for the office manager who again never call me back.
