He does what he says he will do and he stays in touch with all parties involved with the Real Estate transaction to keep his clients updated on all developments with the Mortgage lender and Title Company working on your transaction (the good ones and the bad ones) - he does not try to hide anything from you. He is very purposeful in what he does and he is truly interested in making sure he does a good job for you, His assistant, Hailey, is super efficient too. She will go the extra mile for you if Thomas is out of the office to help you. They are a great team to work with.
