I was traveling to Houston from about three hours away to look at homes, so my schedule was tight and sometimes unpredictable. Somehow, Adrienne always found a way to make herself available when I needed her. Whenever I had a question, concern, or hesitation about a property, she quickly got me the information I needed and made sure I understood exactly what I was looking at. I know I can be a little finicky about literally everything, especially with a decision as big as buying a home, but it never seemed to bother her. She was patient, never made me feel rushed, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. I even placed a bid on one property and retracted it shortly after, and she handled it without making me feel pressured or guilty. She understood that I needed to be completely comfortable with my decision and continued helping me until I found the right home. Once I was under contract, Adrienne really showed how valuable it is to have a realtor who will advocate for you. Whenever the sellers or their agents seemed to be slowing the process down, she applied the pressure needed to keep things moving. She stayed on top of everything and made sure my interests were being protected. Even on closing day, she was still behind the scenes “fixing” hiccups and addressing issues caused by the lender and title company so I could actually make it to the closing table. I also really appreciate that the company is veteran-based. That meant a lot to me personally and made the overall experience feel like an even better fit.
