CTI Real Estate

Experiencia fantástica: Broker Michelle is very knowledgeable and welcoming instructor. She keeps the whole experience energized and wants to see all her students succeed and grow. I will highly recommend her classes and even further working with her.

Experiencia fantástica: They are an amazing company to work with to help find all of your housing needs. A special thanks to Brenda Holloway for helping me find the house I was looking for and allowing me to get out of my apartment. She is an amazing realtor and always looks out for her client.

Experiencia fantástica: I am truly blessed to have had the opportunity to work with CTI Real Estate. Michelle Caldwell Thompson and her team were exceptionally professional, attentive, and committed to providing outstanding customer service throughout the purchase of my new rental property. They went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth and successful, helping make my dream a reality. I am extremely grateful for their dedication, support, and expertise, and I highly recommend CTI Real Estate to anyone looking to buy, sell, or manage a property. Dawson-Samuel Rental, LLC

Experiencia fantástica: Kathy Holloway was absolutely amazing!!! Within 4 months over a holiday period, she helped me to find the perfect house with no pressure whatsoever!! And she made the entire process very simple, easy to follow, and did all the heavy lifting for me!! Bravo Zulu and job very well done!!!

Experiencia negativa: The property I leased from them was a biohazard and sanitation swamp. CTI did absolutely nothing to assist me as a tenant of theirs for nearly 2 years despite dozens of requests. Their rent payment system is archaic and they don’t offer ACH, so you are stuck with an extra $10 fee every month. Learn from me, don’t rent from them.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Michelle and the CTI real estate prep course enough! From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. Ms. Michelle is a natural educator - great communication skills, incredibly personable, and funny too; which made the intense environment of a 4-day crash course so much more enjoyable. We had a small, intimate class of 8, and she did a fantastic job of making us all feel fully prepared for the state exam. Beyond just synthesizing the content, she was amazing at connecting all of us on our professional journeys, creating a supportive atmosphere that I didn’t expect but deeply appreciated. The office was spacious and very clean, providing a great learning environment. Because there is a massive amount of information to cover from the Moseley Flint curriculum in such a short time, I really appreciated that she provided ample amount of breaks and "reset timeouts" to keep us from burning out. Honestly, if Michelle had a YouTube channel, I am certain her teaching lessons would go viral. Her delivery is so engaging that I know I would watch her videos over and over again. If you want to pass your exam and actually enjoy the process, take this course with Ms. Michelle!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible service could care less about the issues that arose after the sale

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent place to host a meeting. The staff was very pleasant and facilities are immaculate.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been In CTI for a training, Michelle did great job teaching us regarding real estate license and and all other stuff were great.

Experiencia fantástica: Michelle Caldwell Thompson is AWESOME! I am amazed with her real estate knowledge and leadership! I learn so much from her! Thank you for building a wonderful network of realtors!

Experiencia fantástica: What a terrific company!!! Very helpful and knowledgeable of today's economy... first class service

Experiencia fantástica: Michelle Caldwell Thompson with CTI Real Estate was an awesome and knowledgeable instructor!! My friend and I traveled at the last minute to take her real estate course and we received so much more than what we were expecting. Broker Michelle never made me feel like I wasn't wasting her time, she was accommodating, and approachable. She knows every side of the real estate business so whatever your real estate interests are, she will help you understand it. If we weren't so far apart I would definitely make CTI my real estate home. LOVED IT AND HER!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Tamika Jackson represented us when we used a large builder to construct our new home. As the new home neared completion, we continued Tamika’s services as the listing agent for the home we were selling. From the beginning, she was thorough, knowledgeable, attentive and responsive. While we have bought and sold a number of homes over the years, Tamika offered a number of creative options and the benefit of her professional perspective as we progressed through the listing and selling process. She was very detailed oriented in offering advice to prepare our home for sale. When the first set of pictures did not turn out as she expected, she had the photographer retake the pictures to meet her expectations to ensure they properly reflected our home to potential buyers. Tamika provided regular and timely updates on the listing as well as immediate feedback on open house events, buyer visits and general trends in our area as they related to home values. She is a very aggressive agent who at the same time, encouraged us to be patient and steadfast in our set price. In the end, that worked to our advantage. Above all, she clearly demonstrated she is a professional of highest integrity who is committed to her clients’ success while maintaining a personal touch.

Experiencia fantástica: Long story short ( I could have you reading for hours) ; I went into this phase of my life not knowing which steps to take or which direction to go. I been through a lot in my life. I have tried twice at becoming a home buyer and something just had me not believing that me and my husband and children could do this. So I would just stop with the process and not continue with the application. Until one day i heard this voice say " it's your time!" God had sent us one of his special angels and she go by the name of Cybil Usual!!! Words cannot express the feelings of not knowing which way to go or which way to turn until God sent me her!! Her work speak for itself! The most patient and remarkable woman I ever meet in my life! WHOEVER YOU ARE OUT THERE THAT IS LOOKING FOR A HOME AND DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO OR WHO TO GO TO; THIS IS THE PERSON I RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE!!! CYBIL USUAL!!!! SHE IS ONE OF A KIND!! YOU CAN'T GET NO BETTER THAN THIS WOMAN RIGHT HERE!! PLEASE BELIEVE ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Experiencia fantástica: Shanna handled my sale masterfully.. the process was seamless and very professional. I highly recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: I love working with Joy Pearson, who works for CTI Real Estate. She is a very professional and knowledgeable Real Estate Agent who shows tremendous care for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: If we could give CTI Real Estate more than five stars we would! They came highly recommended to us by a dear friend and we were extremely happy. We were new to the area as well as first time home buyers and CTI Real Estate made the process seamless. CTI Real Estate went out of their way to show us houses in both Virginia and Maryland. They always had our back and helped us find our fabulous first home. If we need to move again, we will definitely contact CTI Real Estate again.

Experiencia negativa: Reviews should be made by actual clients and not family, friends and colleagues. And to make a statement such as “this is a world class” organization is totally ridiculous! Michelle Thompson must not care about her reputation. She tolerates unprofessionalism in her realtors. Unless you have a contract with them she will not take the time to personnally respond to complaints. It’s all about the money isn’t it? I am a veteran and wouldn’t hire your organization to take my garbage out!

Experiencia fantástica: I needed help with finding a realtor in NC. Joy put me in touch with Tina Bradley. Thanks for looking out for me even though I wasn’t purchasing in VA. If I ever buy in VA I will definitely call Joy Pearson..

Experiencia fantástica: CTI Real Estate is not simply a real estate firm, it is a tightly knit family devoted to giving back to our community. Broker Michelle Caldwell Thompson inspires us all to provide our clients with the kind of service that they expect and certainly deserve. Could't be more proud to be a part of this hard working team.

Experiencia fantástica: Joy Pearson was fantastic from start to finish. She pays great attention to detail and provided advice that ultimately allowed us to achieve our asking price and more than the home appraisal.

Experiencia fantástica: Broker Michelle Caldwell Thompson and the agents at CTI Real Estate have exceeded my expectations when I became a Realtor. After taking my real estate classes with Michelle, I was eager to join CTI. From the time that I walked through the door at CTI to take my classes, I knew there was something special about this firm. Principal Broker, Michelle Caldwell Thompson continues to pour into her agents through education, community involvement, and generally cares for her staff. As an agent, I have seen how well the CTI agents ensure that we are following all of the appropriate procedures while also delivering the best services to our clients. It is vital to not take shortcuts, ensure we communicate, and understand our responsibilities as a Realtor. With Michelle Caldwell Thompson as our principal broker, the CTI agents are prepared to be successful, honest, hard-working agents in a competitive market and business.

Experiencia negativa: They have some nice houses and the rent isn't ridiculously priced but they do quarterly inspections and don't always give you 24 hour notice. They send contractors to your home with no notice whatsoever. Then when you move out they do everything possible to take every dime of your deposit.

Experiencia fantástica: My sister is a real estate agent in Ala. She assisted clients from MD to find a home in Ala, but with a fellow realtor that was in VA * CTI, Joy Pearson. Little did I know that the same realtor would assist me and my family in finding our family home. We had a realtor but she was just not as excited as we were to find a house. I met Joy on Fri and she not only drove me around to other communities in Stafford that I was not aware of, but she was patient and motivated. She even had a personalized binder for us!!! She is very detailed and goal oriented for you the client! Ask for Joy Pearson, she works hard to open up doors for her clients.

Experiencia fantástica: Joy Pearson was a huge help for me when purchasing my first home! She made the whole process seamless. She found my dream home and we went through the closing process all in less an two months. Joy was super responsive, detailed and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Joy as I was beyond pleased to have her represent me!!!

Experiencia fantástica: An amazing group of professionals with diverse backgrounds with a passion to educate and assist home buyers and sellers. They continue to provide excellent customer service, even during covid!

Experiencia positiva: Here for a real estate closing. Not personally involved .The RE Agent seems to be friendly and competent.

Experiencia fantástica: I was having trouble scouting good homes for rent in the Fredericksburg area last month and Brittany Burns from CTI RE was excellent at alleviating many of the difficulties during my house hunt. She was helpful in finding new properties, making moves on ones we were interested and coordinating with management companies to be sure we were taken care of. She was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! Even after our move, she continued to check in on us. Thanks Brittany! Your hard work is greatly appreciated!

Experiencia fantástica: my two roommates and i worked closely with Brittany burns while we were looking for a place. she was quick, responsive and attentive to all our needs and stuck with us through a difficult searching process coupled with the added restrictions of COVID-19. we were all thoroughly satisfied with Brittany's work and would highly recommend her and CTI real estate to somebody looking for their next home!

Experiencia fantástica: Principal Broker Michelle Caldwell Thompson is an extraordinary Realtor that is very knowledgeable and prompt. She provides world class service and exceeded all my expectations. The team she leads at CTI Real Estate is equally outstanding!!

Experiencia fantástica: No wonder Broker Michelle Caldwell Thompson has a 4.9 star rating on Facebook from dozens of clients! Michelle Caldwell Thompson is known throughout the region as an intergrous leader. As my Real Estate Broker, I encourage anyone looking for a place to hang their license to consider this award-winning office. Not only does this office provide unparalleled training for their new agents, I am just as proud of the philanthropic work we do in the community as well. Those are just a couple of reasons I was led to her office. In an effort to ensure our clients receive the level of service they expect and deserve, we at CTI offer a Stellar Service Guarantee. This guarantee allows our clients to cancel at anytime without penalty, providing a written notice. This makes me proud because not many offices, if any, are willing to stand behind their work in that way. I could go on and one but again, the proof shows...this Broker Rocks!

Experiencia negativa: Michelle is the absolute worst Real Estate Agent I have ever had to work with. She is Completely unprofessional and makes it a mission to insure you have a terrible experience. The lack of Communication she gives to her clients is completely unprofessional. I have never worked with someone who has told so many lies just to make a sale. I am not sure how she got a license to sell homes, but someone should take that license away from her. If you are looking to move into your home quickly, Then stay away from Michelle and her company CTI Real Estate. Your kids will be all grown up, and ready to put you in a nursing home by the time Michelle gets you into your home.

Experiencia negativa: Please do not list or buy from Natalie Jones. She does not want to do any work. I cannot get my dream home because of her. :-( :-( :-( If there is 0 star, i would have picked it.

Experiencia fantástica: Our CTI Real Estate agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. She sent us weekly listings of houses to review until we found our home. And helped us through the closing process. Everything went smoothly.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing and helpful staff!!!! Very friendly and professional!!!

Experiencia fantástica: We were referred to Anette Ellis back in January 2019 I believe. The dedication she provided to me and my family was awesome. Anette was very clear and to the point, there was no hidden agenda's with her. She was very professional at All, let me say it again, All times. Anette was reachable, and when she was not going to be available she made that clear so their were no misunderstandings. When we started out, I have to be honest we didn't know which way we wanted to go, meaning townhouse or single family, Anette dealt with our back and forth with no complaints. Anette would schedule 4-5 homes for us to view almost every Sat. or Sun. until we closed on May 29, oh and let me not forget to mention she was driving from Fredericksburg, VA to MD and that's not a drive around the corner lol. She stood up for us as her clients when things seem to be going a bit left during the purchase. In closing I want to also add she always followed through on what she said she was going to do and done so in a timely and professional manner. We want to Thank CTI Real Estate and Anette Ellis for an Outstanding Job!!! Aisha J. Adams

Experiencia negativa: Called twice during regular business hours with no answer. How can you do business in this industry if no one in the office can answer a phone? I will find another broker.
