Experiencia fantástica: We were scrambling to find a home to buy within a small timeframe, and Sandy made it happen. Actually, she helped us find our DREAM HOME! We started our search in November ‘21, and knew we were up against high interest rates and competing offers in a sellers’ market. Sandy found us many options to choose from and tour while sticking to our wants and needs. She actually “heard” us, and that was what my husband and I were looking for. Not only was Sandy patient, but she went out of her way to travel an hour each way so that we could experience her service in full capacity. We went on search after search all throughout Camden, Gloucester, Atlantic, Cumberland and Ocean counties, and probably saw over 100 houses. And still Sandy remained our true advocate. We wound up putting in a competitive offer on a house in March ‘22, and it was accepted! Sandy handled the entire closing process with ease, and drove over an hour to be present during all inspections providing full details when my husband and I couldn’t be present.
