I was worried I would miss a detrimental defect in a prospective home because I did not know what to look for. Traci did! She was so knowledgeable on various aspects of homes pointing out positives and negatives. She was also able to translate market terms so that I was better able to understand. She explained the current market and allowed me to narrow down my preferences and must haves while staying in my price range. What makes Traci truly special as a real estate agent is the compassionate aspect she brings to the relationship. I came to think of her not as a realtor but as a friend. She was very attentive and responsive any time of day and on weekends. There was one home (actually the one I ended up purchasing) in which I text her on a Saturday morning that I wanted to view it and was available anytime over the weekend. She responded immediately offering me to view it within the hour. She interrupted her Saturday pool time to show me a home because she always puts her clients first and understands that in the seller’s market every hour counts when making an offer. Experiencia fantástica: I was a first time home buyer. Traci made this whole process a breeze. She is very knowledgeable and extremely professional. The entire process only took 3 weeks. I now own my very own beautiful home and would recommend Traci to anyone I meet.

Experiencia negativa: I thought about this review for a while now. I wanted to sell my house asap and get out of it since i was not living in it no more. This process started in May and lasted until October, I missed the buyers market for sure. I was talked into doing upgrades to it for a better return. This estimated invest started at $4,000. My neighbor put his house up for sale one week after mine went up, he sold his and was out two weeks later. My agent said it was a buyers market. Selling my house turned out to be the most stressful thing i have ever done. Then upgrades to my house took way too long, i had numerous problems with the work being completed in a timely matter and the cost climbed way over $7,000.00. Then i felt that all negotiations for selling my house were against me. I was talked into meeting the ONE buyer my agent was set on selling my home to. Still not sure what that was about. And this was a buyers market!!! I had met the closing cost that i did not want anything to do with, i had dropped the list price to meet what this buyer could only afford. I am not a real estate agent, but none of this says sellers market. This one buyer had jumped around with several loan problems and several closing dates. I found out about all of the closing problems that happened from making my own phone calls to both title companies and following up myself and then always calling the agent and asking about the issues. This agent covered all of the remodeling cost which came out of the closing in the end. When this was all done it made me feel like she flipped the house with all the different contractors used that were all people she knew. I let my self down by being manipulated by this agent. The buyer had several close dates and when i finally closed on a Friday, i left the office and cancelled all of my utilities and my home owners insurance only to find out, after i called that night, that the buyers loan did not happen again. I had to ride out the entire weekend for the buyer to finally close on the following Monday with my home owners cancelled. My opinion is that this could not have been handled more unprofessionally. From the agent to the title company, no one relayed any problems to me. I made the calls and follow ups but they all still got payed!!!!! This Was Horrible, and i am still seeing follow up responses from the agent about the first review. REMAX and the BBB should do their own internal follow up.

Experiencia negativa: I had a friend use Traci as the buyer agent. This was the most unprofessional, dramatic, train wreck of a sale I have ever witnessed or heard of. The lack of communication, the lies and the unethical practices are mind blowing. Worst part is, this agent feels she did a great job for this seller.
