We reached out to her around February 2022 and had her come out to look over our home and give us the list of updates we needed to get the best bang for our buck. Late April we were ready to buy but as you may know, it's not an easy process this day and age. Experiencia negativa: Everything started off great with her and as we were planning our Ohio to MO relocation she was responsive and seemed eager to help us rent a home. To the point she sold the arrangement as the "best of both worlds". This was through Irental homes and when asked if she had looked into the properties we were interested in, her communication became spaced out. I asked if she was even the person to work with and again she claimed yes. We agreed to look at homes this past Tuesday and of course she went MIA again. She me be a great realtor but she is not ethical in our opinion and is likely highly motivated by commission which is probably lacking with Irental. Do better Christina. Be honest and maybe stop leading on people through that process.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a serious deadline to meet during the home buying process and the market wasn't exactly accommodating. There are more people looking to buy than there are houses! Therefore, you need to move FAST because the homes are going off the market within hours after they're listed. There was a time at the beginning of the process where I called her hoping that she could come show me a house that had just gone on the market. She immediately answered and was cooking dinner. Instead of telling me that she was busy or not answering my call, she called to her husband to take over dinner and she was boots on the ground within the hour to show me the place. I ended up putting my first offer on that house to no avail. The search was back on. Christina's tagline is that "everything happens for a reason," and she's not wrong. A few days later, my place (even though it wasn't mine at the time lol) went up on the market. My mom, who was visiting at the time, rushed into my room before I was even awake and showed me the place. I KNEW it was the one. We called Christina immediately! She said we needed to move FAST with my highest and best. I made an offer and wrote a letter before ever seeing it in person. A few days later, we found out that I was among 22 offers but was in the top 5. The stress was real. Christina gave me several options on how to move forward to make my offer more aggressive. We sent the counter-offer and within an hour or so she called me telling me that I got it!!! Her knowledge of the market, the industry and the professionalism with the other realtor helped me beat out 21 other offers. I wasn't even the highest offer! There's more to the home buying process than being the highest offer on the table. Your realtors need to be able to work well with one another AND know the industry inside and out. While everyone else asked if we were preapproved yet, Christina was the ONLY one of the bunch to make sure we were shopping rates. Not only that but she recommended the BEST lender as well.
