Experiencia fantástica: This guy is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Period. I met Brando when I was looking for someone to do a dock repair after Milton. The repair was quick, the price was right, and Brando and his contractor were consummate professionals. When the repair was complete, I mentioned I would be listing the house at the end of May. That's when I found out he was a realtor. We sat down about a week later and he went through all his marketing programs and I hired him on the spot. That was April. Between then and when we moved out near the end of May, he worked tirelessly trying to help me get the house ready. He was personable, knowledgeable, and always seemed to have our best interests at heart. We decided to move before the house hit the market and handed him the keys to manage the property. That worked out far better than I had imagined. Immediately he went in and did some additional touch up painting and caulking. He brought in a drone operator/photographer who did an amazing job himself. The property went live just after Memorial Day. From the beginning, we had a ton of showings, and about 30 days in, we got a good, not great, offer on the house. By the time negotiations ended, it was a GREAT offer. I can't thank him enough for bringing his deep experience to the table and getting the contract where it needed to be. On to the inspection. The buyer's inspector found a few fairly minor but important repairs to be done. Brando did half of them himself, to the point I was feeling guilty for all the effort he was putting in. There are always a few last-minute things to smooth over and he handled them, again, like the consummate professional he is. We closed on time in a little under a month and he was engaged daily to make sure it went smooth. From the early April meetings, to even after closing, I could pick up the phone and call or text any time and get an immediate response. Like I said at the beginning, Brando is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Period. Hands down. Not even close. You'd do well to give him your business. And a final thanks to Doctor Brando for all the above, and for becoming a friend in the process. We both wish you all the luck and success you deserve. Thanks again!

Experiencia fantástica: From the first time I went looking for a realtor to help me sell my house in Sun City Center and I met Brandon "Brando" Yates at the Sun City Center office of Keller Williams Realty, he impressed me with his professionalism, personableness, knowledge and energy. Soon after that first meeting we met at my house for a tour and to go over details of marketing the house for sale. The listing price he suggested was higher than I thought it would be but he said it was a fair price to ask based on the current market conditons. I trusted his experience and judgement and went along with his advice and I'm glad I did. I also thought it would take a while to get an interested, qualified buyer but I got two solid offers in less than month. I attribute that to his hardworking style setting up weekend showings and getting people inside to view the house. To get ready for the showings Brando helped me with staging the house finding for me a reliable cleaning service and a carpet cleaner who was not overpriced. When the offer that I accepted was signed and all the pre-closing activities commenced Brando shined even brighter. I had already purchased another house 2000 miles away and had to leave Florida before closing. I felt very much out of control of things being that far away, but Brando eased my concerns greatly. He and his team "had my back" keeping eyes on the house. He let tradesmen in to perform necessary tasks and made sure those tasks were completed before informing me that it was OK to pay for them. During the inspection it was found that a drain line in one of the bathrooms was partially blocked. The inspecting plumber said it would cost $50,000 to repair and would involve uplifting the floor and digging up the yard. It looked like the deal might fall through at this point. Brando saved the day when he asked the buyers if they would wait until a plumber, he had worked with, looked at it. They agreed and "his" plumber said it did need repair but could be done another way for $14,000 and would only require running a device into the toilet drain and installing new lining without any digging. They agreed to this and it was done saving me $36,000! The inspector claimed that some wiring on the HVAC system was outdated and was a safety hazard. Brando asked for a second opinion from a licensed electrician who said the wiring was up to date and not dangerous at all. The inspector agreed and no unnecessary work was done. The house had no GFI receptacles in the wet areas (kitchen, bathrooms, garage, utility room, outside) and I agreed to have this rectified. Brando found an electrician who made the necessary repairs for a reasonable cost and in time to not delay the closing. While all of this "chaos" was going on Brando always kept me in the loop via email, texts or phone calls. I grew to really appreciate his honesty, availability, reliability, proactiveness and making me feel like I was selling a million-dollar house and not one that was far less than that. I really don't believe you will find a realtor who is more reputable and hardworking on your behalf than Dr. Brandon S. Yates.
