We weren’t ready to buy, but we saw a home in a community we liked and decided to check it out. Chrissy wasn’t able to be there for the showing, but I left my information and followed up. One thing led to another, and we quickly came to appreciate Chrissy’s demeanor, professionalism, and hustle. After officially meeting, we invited her to see our current home and soon dove headfirst into an unpredictable real estate market. We decided to enlist Chrissy and her team to both sell our house and help us find our new one in a smaller community where our baby girl could grow up. We contacted Chrissy and told her what we were wanting to sell. She came over, took photos and notes…then cane back a few days later with suggestions to get the best rate on investment. After we completed those tasks including packing, relocating our non-essentials to the garage , Chrissy suggested we have a a professional look at the home one more time for opportunities. Again, we completed the suggestions and placed the home for sale and less than 48 hours later had multiple offers above asking price, including a cash offer. The house appraised just below the offer we accepted. Finally, we found were we wanted to relocate. Chrissy referred us to an agent who worked with her family. This agent was amazing as well. She is very knowledgeable with real estate market. Within 48 hours on the market. We received multiple offers and under contract 10K above asking. She sold the highest price per square foot in the neighborhood. If you’re looking for an agent that is capable, responsive and trustworthy . She is you gal!

Experiencia negativa: Chrissy was the agent of the people buying our house. As a seller I felt like Chrissy was very unprofessional throughout the process. Our realtor often never received answers from her during the process. When Chrissy wasn’t able to close on time she failed to even file and extension and our realtor had to do it for her so the deal didn’t get canceled. While I expect there to be delays in closing due to Covid there was no communication about the delays which made it seem like the deal was going to fall through. Finally, on the last day we received an email that was almost bullying us to sign yet another extension because they couldn’t close for a second time. Chrissys inspector caused damage in our home. Due to this we wanted our agent to be there for the final walk through. Chrissy called our realtor difficult for wanting to be there to represent us. Chrissy refuses to add items to the addendums that we insisted on, which then our agent had to add. Once again, not our agents job. She belittled our agent and even asked for our personal number to call us and tell us how ridiculous we were being. When we told her she could call and gave her our number she refused. Probably because she realized how unprofessional that is. Throughout the process Chrissy called us and our realtor petty, ludicrous, and difficult. While that isn’t the best way to negotiate or show professionalism it also seemed that these words described Chrissy, not us. She always called us these after we wouldn’t cave to her ways and what she wanted in the process. Overall, the process that could have been easy with simple communication was awful and maddening because of Chrissy being difficult and unprofessional to work with.
