Experiencia fantástica: Great Realtor, Great Guy. I began my home search about four months before I met Luke. During that time, I visited numerous Open Houses and interacted with several agents. While many were friendly and attentive in person, their follow-up typically consisted of impersonal emails with listings that didn’t match what I was actually looking for. I also scheduled two private showings with different realtors; one was the listing agent and heavily oversold the property, while the other seemed to lose interest the moment I expressed that the home wasn’t a fit. Then I randomly connected with Luke via social media. From the start, he was helpful, thoughtful in his analysis of listings, and never pushy. He quickly scheduled three showings for me, working around my schedule and commute. As we toured each home, he genuinely listened to my thoughts and concerns and addressed all of my questions. Even though one of the three properties was his own listing, he treated it no differently than the others, no pressure, just honest insights. I eventually found the right home, and Luke made the entire process smooth and as stress-free as home buying can be. My search got put on hold a few times and during those time periods he would still reach out to see how everything was going and ask if there was anything he could do to help. After reaching out to a family friend (and never hearing back), I decided to contact Luke to discuss the prospects selling an investment property that had been tenant occupied for several years. Luke was responsive to all messages and prompt and on time for all meetings. Additionally, Luke was overly helpful in providing reliable and reasonable contractor contacts to get the property to the point of marketability. Further, dating back to our first meeting which occurred nearly 3+ months prior to sale he provided a ball park figure of what he thought we could get for the home on the open market. My wife and I were skeptical - Not only was that ball park figure achieved, but we got $30K over the asking price (which was $50K more than we ever dreamed).
