Bob is very quick to respond to all communication and he's very knowledgeable about the real-estate business. He was incredibly helpful when viewing homes and he described to us what was in good and poor condition. He gave ballpark estimates for rehabs as well since hes involved in construction regularly. When it was time to make an offer, he was very proactive and aggressive (in a good way). He stayed with us during the home inspection which was SO helpful. He explained everything that was happening so that we would understand everything about our new home. Closing was a breeze and we're so happy in our new home. Bob worked so hard for us and we're so appreciative of it. He's even checked in multiple times after closing to ensure everything is settling nicely. Experiencia fantástica: I had met bob through the sale of my house, he was representing the buyer and after introductions were done I told him my situation with selling my house and that I was looking for another house but had no luck what so ever in finding one in my budget or that I actually liked. It only took about a day or two for bob to send me listings and start setting up showings for house and only a week or so to start putting in offers, bob is an incredibly smart and knows his stuff about houses and even when I put offers in on houses and got outbid and didn’t get the house and I would be worrying if I would ever find a house in todays market bob would always come back with super positive vibes and just made me feel like hope wasn’t lost and that I could find my perfect home… and I did and if I had never met bob I would’ve never found my perfect home.
