Ron was able to handle every aspect of this transaction remotely as I live in Atlanta. Ron confidently handled the clean-out of the house, repairs, inspections for the City, all of it. Ron saved our family quite a bit of money by suggesting his cleaning crew could restore the kitchen floor. As well, he had another crew remove carpet along with the clean-out to save on waste removal costs. Experiencia negativa: This complaint is not about Ronald Green as a Realtor. It is about Ronald Green as a “builder”, I use that term sparingly because I don’t think he knows the first thing about building a home. He uses sub contractors for everything. He screwed up the countertops we ordered for our kitchen , sub par hardwood floors were installed with a lot of worm holes. Punch items that were supposed to be addressed after move in ie windows not opening or closing have still not been addressed 8 months later. Bathroom tiles installed out of square and lied to me about it being the bathtub was not built straight. Pictures can be provided upon request. I refrained from using any opinions just stating the facts. Do not buy a house he has built. He owns RG Duell LLC

Ron is THE guy you want to have if you have any interest in buying properties in the Hudson valley — his far-reaching connections, extensive experience, creativity, and business acumen all shined through as we were navigating this gruesome housing market. He’s a busy guy but when he’s on your case, it will feel like you’re the only client he has. He’s friendly but firm, and he goes to bat for you in a way that will only make you feel safe and supported. He always hears you out and never talks condescendingly or with a sense of entitlement — my favorite aspect about working with him was that he patiently educated us on all the options, pros/cons, available paths and ideas and then gave us the time to digest, think through, and ultimately make the decision ourselves. He never railroaded us into doing anything we didn’t feel 100% about, but he was also super honest about what the potential pitfalls would be. I could go on. Ron was the best partner you could ask for in a realtor. He’s extremely knowledgeable and reliable, and most importantly, he closes deals. Work with Ron!

We discussed what would work for me in the area the amount of money that I was willing to pay for it and what was available in my price range.
