Experiencia fantástica: Tom just sold our house in Salisbury. It was an old an unique property that other realtors had told us would likely go for a "knockdown price", which we did not want to accept. The house was full of "stuff" needed a lot of updating, and had a tenant living in the garage. Tom came up with a plan, which seemed reasonable, introduced me to some of the guys in his network (junk removal/landscaper, estate sale expert, estate attorney, eviction attorney) and with some work/time the plan was executed. We even had an open house with the tenant still on premise. Despite the obstacles Tom found a buyer with solid financing willing to pay the amount we were asking. We went to contract, took a deposit, and although Tom said he was still obligated to show the house, if we didn't have Ring cameras set up, I would never have believed how much time he spent showing the house (which was a lot). He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and responded quickly. He earned his money.
