Experiencia fantástica: Craig and Frank are the best! Before my husband and I found them, house hunting was a nightmare. We had agents show us houses way out of our price range, ones that needed thousands of dollars worth of work, etc. We gave up for a while when the last agent said to call back “when we could actually afford a house” (!). So we decided to do it on our own for awhile. I cold called a house and got to talking to Craig. I knew he was kind and had our best interests at heart because without even meeting us he said “if you guys are a young couple just starting out, I don’t recommend this house.” I felt that he wasn’t going to be a typical agent and try to sell us the first house we saw. He cared. Then after talking more we figured out his mom was one of my favorite high school teachers! He asked us what we were looking for and sent us some homes right away. We went out a couple of weekends between him and his partner Frank. Frank was just as caring. There was one home that was nice but not for us. He didn’t push us, he simply said “That’s fine, there’s plenty more to see, let’s go to the others.” No pressure. The weekend we found our house, Craig showed us ours and we wanted to put an offer in on the spot and again showing how good he is, he said he wanted us to see all our options. He took us to the identical house one town over, same price, same taxes but this one needed a lot more TLC. He said it was up to us if we wanted move in ready or major projects. We wanted the first one. Craig did all the homework for us and set up everything. Frank took over the lawyer role and did the same: made it super easy and we just had to show up for paperwork. The day of our closing there was so much going on, so many people and I had a slight anxiety attack and left the room. Frank came right out away with my now husband to calm me down and when we went back inside he sat down next to me and paid extra attention to make sure I didn’t melt down again. Afterwards we went back to our new house and they gave us a beautiful bottle of champagne and we had a little something for them. They really are the best and we still keep it touch to this day! Don’t hesitate to use them, we still send them referrals!

We were referred to Frank Sparacino and the KW team from another broker and although had been referred to other agents, we knew after our first call with Frank there was no need to look any further. Frank made us feel comfortable right away. He knew how to guide us and put our anxieties at ease off the bat and his personality was really the icing on the cake.
