Experiencia negativa: All Jersey MLS: It is deeply insulting that today you describe me as a “valued member,” yet on Monday morning you sent me a threatening email warning that I could be suspended for failing to enter a listing. The listing could not be submitted because your website was malfunctioning and no submission button was available. Rather than investigating whether your own system was experiencing a technical failure, All Jersey MLS immediately chose to threaten a paying member. That is unacceptable, unprofessional, and an outrageous way to treat the real estate agents whose membership fees support your organization. Frankly, this experience has reinforced my belief that your MLS provides little value and operates by bullying and intimidating its members. All Jersey MLS is a prime example of what is wrong with the New Jersey real estate industry: excessive threats, poor service, inadequate technology, and absolutely no accountability when your own systems fail. Your conduct has been disgraceful. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the way this matter was handled. A “valued member” should never be threatened with suspension because of an error caused by your organization’s defective website.

Experiencia negativa: I have been a member for over 10 years, and this experience was incredibly disappointing. My email address needed to be updated. Mistakes happen. Instead of working with a long-time member, they continued sending notices to the old email, charged me late fees because my payment became past due, and then refused to refund the charges. What made the situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of accountability. I asked to speak with the owner or someone with the authority to resolve the issue, but I was told to send an email to a generic information address that "goes to everyone." That's not customer service!! Unfortunately, this experience is consistent with my opinion of this MLS. The customer service has always been poor, and this interaction only reinforced that belief. I'm grateful that I primarily work in Monmouth County and don't have to rely on this MLS very often. Long-time members deserve better communication, better customer service, and a willingness to resolve reasonable issues instead of hiding behind generic email addresses.

Experiencia negativa: Their Listing Agreement changes almost every year!! They make members use a different listing form every now and then! I had compared the older versions with the newer versions. What they do is just to change a word or two to a different line! Whenever we forget to use their most updated form, you are asked to refill in everything in their new forms and have the owners to re-sign! This is the most ridiculous thing!! Obviously staff have nothing to do but to find ways to create work and more work for members!!

Experiencia negativa: I use a few other MLS services, and CJMLS is def not my favorite. Not user friendly, especially on the phone, and they fine you for absolutely everything and anything.
