Immediately I knew I had someone truly looking out for my best interests, Yet it felt as if it was coming from a friend I’ve had for years. Michelle and her wonderful staff (TY Nina for all your help and guidance too!) made a very emotional situation of selling my moms house much lighter on my heart and head. Immediately after signing with Michelle, I was shocked to see her already working for us when my mom’s house was listed on a Billboard for all to see. She doesn’t mess around!!! lol. Great communication from her office throughout this whole process which is so rare from any business ,I truly cannot recommend and thank her enough. The following week after the closing I received a hand painted picture of my childhood home from Michelle. As I just stared(and cried) at how beautiful and thoughtful this gesture was, I could feel the love ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: This is the 2nd house sale Michelle Rizzo has sold for me in the last 6 months. Once again exceptional doesn't begin to describe the work that Michelle and her team provided. Upon my Mom's passing we had to sell her house, we listed with another agent for 6 months with hardly any showings and he really didn't do anything to generate traffic and his only answer was to keep lowering the price. I wish I could have listed with her sooner but because we were locked into a contract with the 1st realtor we had to wait. Once we listed Michelle, without lowering the price I might add, it had plenty of viewings and we received 2 offers resulting in a firm sale within 2 months. When I sold my own house I had the same experience with the first agent I used but when I switched to Michelle the house was sold with lots of traffic and in a relatively quick time.
