Midgett & Fite

Experiencia fantástica: Rented for 2 years in Hartsville and they are the best! Nice people, organized and responsive. Great staff.

Experiencia fantástica: We had an incredible experience working with Dan Midgett at Midgett & Fite Realty. From start to finish, Dan was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping our family find the right home. As first-time buyers using an FHA loan, we had a lot of questions, and Dan walked us through every step with patience and clarity. He was always proactive, made sure we understood everything, and went above and beyond to advocate for us throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how smooth everything felt — from scheduling showings, to negotiations, to closing day. We always felt supported and never pressured. We’re so grateful for his guidance and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy a home!

Experiencia fantástica: When my dad died, the house he left me was a huge mess. Dan worked with me and my brother on a complicated remodeling venture and got it done really fast and professionally and then turned around and sold it. Dan is so knowledgeable about the market and knew how to guide us every step of the way with all the problems we had with various potential buyers, helping us avoid someone who was probably fraudulent, helping us navigate sticky situations with the buyers' lenders, all of it. He's an expert negotiator as well and worked really hard to get us the best deal possible and I'm really impressed with the outcome, where we ended up getting a much better price than I would have thought possible! And he was so professional and outstandingly upright about the whole process. We are now in the middle of selling a second house with him and again he's so good at helping us navigate pitfalls, and he also does it with a total spirit of service and deference, always leaving the choices up to us and just offering really solid counsel and services. He's also FAST. I really can't imagine having a better real estate agent. I can't recommend him enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Dan is the man you want in your corner! His high level of knowledge and integrity were key for us while making such a major decision. Him and his entire team were honest and attentive to our unique circumstances, and we highly recommend them, especially to first-time buyers like ourselves. Thank you, Midgett & Fite Real Estate!

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Dan Midgett helped us purchase our first commercial property. He is a wealth of knowledge and had many helpful insights to share. We are thankful he walked with us through the purchase process.

Experiencia negativa: Bad renters terrible needs to be shutdown

Experiencia positiva: They did the best they could to get back to me during a week of most people being snowed in. They are very friendly and have some resonably priced rental properties. My only issue was that the one I was interested in didn't allow pets.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you for making our transaction seamless and easy. Always professional and a pleasure to work with Midgett & Fite.

Experiencia fantástica: Great company to work with. Very professional. A plus.

Experiencia fantástica: We loved working with Midgett & Fite! Dan was amazing, helping us understand and sort through house information! All the staff were super helpful and supportive as we looked for a home! And we all celebrated when we got our new home! Highly recommend to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome place to rent from

Experiencia fantástica: Great service! Dan helped me find the perfect property and took care of lots of things I wouldn't have thought about. He obviously knows the business inside and out and isn't afraid to be honest about things that might be of concern. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Midgett & Fite is a family friendly real estate business whose employees deeply care for clients beyond what is being bought or sold. We have greatly enjoyed working with Midgett & Fite in the past and will gladly choose to work with them again in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I rented through Midgett & Fite for 1 year, upon this I decided to buy a house. They took care of me through this process, this speaks a lot. They work with honor & value to those who come to them. They accomplished to get my home within a matter of time, even in a time where the pandemic just began.I look forward to working with them again in what ever my needs are.

Experiencia positiva: Seem to b a well known reality group, kinda pricey,but........ they are worth it

Experiencia negativa: They never returned my calls so judge for yourself

Experiencia fantástica: Agent is really nice and very helpful.

Experiencia positiva: They rent out properties

Experiencia fantástica: GEAT SERVICE, QUALITY PEOPLE

Experiencia fantástica: Dan was very attentive and flexible. He went above an beyond throughout the entire process. Buying and selling a house can be a stressful process and Dan helped make it less stressful with all his hard work.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr.Midgett worked hard to help us get into our dream home and when there was complications he went above and beyond to make it work. When that failed he helped us get into a rental home while we continue our search for our forever home.

Experiencia positiva: Reasonable rental rates

Experiencia fantástica: A GREAT landlord very friendly & kind. Return phone calls & fix things.

Experiencia fantástica: I've rented through Midgett and Fire for a year and a half. First off they made sure we thourghly understood the lease before signing the lease, very transparent. In the past I've had landlords who would try to loophole us into signing things. Next they were always very responsive and helpful. Every interaction with them has always been plesent. We found a home that better met our needs (bigger family). But they had an opportunity to keep extra money from us and we would of NEVER known. Apparently we had overpaid a few months back and Mrs Jeneva caught it and brought it to my attention. Her knowing I would of never noticed but making sure everything was accurate speaks on her character. Definitely recommend renting through them! We love our new house because it's much bigger but the only down side is we aren't renting through Midgett and fite any longer.

Experiencia fantástica: Dan & Geneva Midgett are two of the most professional & kind individuals that you would ever want to be acquainted with. They'll go out of their way to try and accommodate renters. We are grateful that they manage our property for the nine years we have lived here. You can count on them to try to make things right if it's in their power.

Experiencia fantástica: This place has reasonable rates on places to livelandlord is nice to talk to if something breaks down he's there to fix it right away and maybe take a few days before they get right to it they got an excellent construction crew that fixes I've been renting from him past three-and-a-half years from now got no problems with we this landlord if you need a place to live give him a call and some of his places accept pets

Experiencia negativa: I would never let these people manage my rental property. To put it nicely, they are the definition of slum lords. I live and own a home by 2 of the houses they "manage" and they NEVER come out and inspect the properties and the houses look horrible. Here are some pictures. I think they speak for themselves.

Experiencia fantástica: PUT ON I KNOW…,@ place.※

Experiencia fantástica: I (a first time homebuyer) had a great time buying my first house with Midgett & Fite. Dan Midgett, the realtor, is very smart and knowledgeable in what he's doing. He gave me plenty of great advice, for someone like me, who doesn't know anything about real estate and what's it like to be a homeowner, I can ask him just about anything that I can think of and he'd give a great answer. Most importantly, he is trustworthy. He will do what is best for you and also anything you ask him to do (about the deal,) so that you can get the best deal possible. He is also very good at negotiations. During my homebuying process, we ran into a few issues; most notably the appraisal for the house came in much lower than what I had offered and I'd have walked away from the deal, but Dan was able to negotiate and lower the price, and saved the whole deal from falling apart. This is just one of those things that you don't expect when buying a house, but it does happen and you will want someone that knows how to deal with this situation like Dan. His associate, also son-in-law, Jared Snyder is also a great guy to work with as well. He helped me with the house while Dan was away. I know about them from my co-worker, who just happens to be Dan's son. All in all; a great family. I'd recommend them to anyone. This review is from my personal experience. Pete S.

Experiencia fantástica: I used Midgett & Fite for my home search and had an excellent experience. Dan & Jared provided me personal friendly service and went out of their way to meet my needs and schedule. Their most important attribute is their integrity and they can be trusted to tell you the truth, not just what you want to hear or what would benefit them. I also found Dan to have excellent negotiating skills and he worked hard to make sure I did not overpay. I would absolutely recommend Midgett & Fite for your real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Dan Midgett did an outstanding job negotiating the contract for our church building. We continue to reap the benefits of his attention to detail and skilled negotiation.

Experiencia fantástica: These guys sold our house on the first day above asking price! Dan Midgett helped us every step of the way through the process and was a pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer our many questions, no matter how big or small. It was an awesome experience and I would highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Midgett and Fite walked with us every step of the way as we purchased our first home. Dan Midgett is very flexible and thorough, making legalese understandable to the uninitiated. As an added bonus the office is a cozy, comfortable place to sign papers.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a great site
