She was easy to communicate with, always available to answer calls and answer my questions, as well as knowledgeable, helping me navigate the process with ease and efficiency. She was able to view homes when I wasnt available and steered me in the right direction as she knew what I was looking for. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase their home.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been in the real estate game for over 23 years, buying and selling homes, and I’ve encountered my fair share of agents along the way—but I have never met someone more shady and incompetent than Amanda Abdelsayed. If you're in the market for a home or property, do yourself a favor and steer clear of her. My experience with Amanda started at an open house. I was expecting some useful information, maybe a bit of substance about the property—something that would give me a sense of whether it was worth considering. Instead, I was met with fluff, fancy sales talk, and zero details about the property itself. All she did was peddle Kathy Samaan as some kind of “interior designer” and talk endlessly about how her husband is apparently a “real estate guru” in the state. If that’s the best you’ve got to sell me a home, you're in trouble. It’s clear to me she thinks her status as an “influencer” will somehow carry her career. But let me tell you, social media clicks and flashy videos won’t do much when it comes to helping people make one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. This woman is an influencer peddler—she’s built her career on vanity metrics and has mastered the art of looking good on Instagram, not the art of actual real estate knowledge. Home buying is a serious, life-altering decision. When you're trusting someone with that responsibility, you need someone who is competent, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares. Amanda is none of those things. I did my part by warning you, so take this advice seriously—don’t waste your time or money with Amanda Abdelsayed. You deserve an agent who will give you straight answers, provide real insights, and make the process smoother, not one who is just trying to boost her own profile.

Experiencia fantástica: Angela Hubert with Keller Williams helped us sell our home in June. The process was extremely easy, and everything was explained clearly. Angela was always super prompt, polite and knowledgeable and we are very happy with our decision to use her. They took beautiful pictures of our home for the listing, had a well planned open house and we were under contract less than a week after the home was listed on the market. Experiencia negativa: If I could give them a 0 I would.. Yesterday we went to an open house and the seller agent Mercedes was so unprofessional and rude. She also said that they will not even look at ANY VA offers even though if it was above asking price.. So sad to learn that KW does not want to work with veterans.. but good to know..we felt very discriminated against veterans..

I was so pleased with all that she did that I recommended her to my son and his girlfriend when they were searching for their first home. Her knowledge for the homes and the area that they were searching for proved to be valuable to them when they finally decided on the home that they purchased. I also recommended her to a very good friend of mine and his wife and not only did she sell their house but also helped him find their dream home as well Once you meet with Dorota and give her an idea of what you are looking for she will be relentless on your behalf to help you find what you are looking for. She is a tireless worker and her attention to detail is second to none. She is very genuine and will always have your best interest as the number one priority. Experiencia negativa: Heartless. After my father passed away, I received a letter from Douglas Collinson. He managed to get my data from somewhere and sent a letter than began “I am contacting you because I understand that you’ve been appointed as the Personal Representative for the estate of…you do not have to wait until probate to close to sell the property”. It was a full page letter using my tragic loss to try and get business for Doug Collinson and KWMetropolitan. The letter concluded stating their “#1 Core Value is Provide Value First”, but perhaps they should be a bit more sympathetic and care about humans over money. At no point did it offer condolences or sympathy. Because of this letter, I will never use them for any future business and I’m glad I’ve never used them.

We got a strong offer above the asking price the first weekend the property was listed and closed on it just about when we wanted to. What more could you ask for? We had pretty specific criteria for the home that we wanted and Bryan did a ton of research to help us find the perfect home. From offer to contract to closing he treated each level of the transaction with such care and attention to detail that you would think he was buying the home himself. We are definitely glad we chose Keller Williams & Bryan for our realtor and will definitely recommend him wholeheartedly to friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: Ron Karcich is one of the best realtor's I've worked with. Last year my wife and I were buying a home in Morristown, in what was an incredibly frothy market. The seller was clearly going to get above asking price, and was doing a "one time, closed" bid process. I cannot say enough about how Ron handled this, and I truly think he's one of the only brokers I've worked with who could have made this work. I asked him direct financial questions to inform my offer (what is the highest % you've seen someone go over ask, what is the lowest, and what is the average % overage). I also asked his opinion on what we should offer. These were all very difficult questions given the frenzy that was going on, but Ron was EXTREMELY thoughtful about his answers. They were spot on. Not only that, I gave Ron a number that I was willing to go up to, and regardless of this leeway (and unlike my past experiences), he didn't use it and he saved us 5% on the price of the house. He is extremely responsive, VERY easygoing, very diligent, and very reliable. He made what could have been a difficult experience a pleasant one, all while saving us money. That's a rare combination in my experience, and I would recommend Ron to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs rented an apartment from Romina Scandroglio and Fabricio Scrangolio we had no air conditioning for over 2 months in the middle of the summer . They left old dirty stove and refrigerator they said they would get new ones they never did. Than we had a broken washer dryer . The air conditioning was the worst part the apartment would go up to 88 degrees they finally fixed it themselves and it took then another month to get it right . Than the electricity stopped working in the apartment we called them on Friday and they wouldn’t send an electrician till Monday because they only use there friend who isn’t even a licensed electrician they told us we had no choice but to wait till Monday evening . WORST EXPERIENCE ever BEWARE!!!

He accepted an offer I placed on a home (that his WIFE inherited & renovated), stating they were happy with it and didn't want to start a bidding war... only to turn around start a bidding war during our attorney review. His relationship to the seller was not disclosed to us when we made an offer. At best he's a shady individual whose words you should not trust. I think he does a disservice to what honest brokers do work for KWRM. EDIT: It also appears as though most of the positive reviews on this page are from current/former KWRM employees... take that for what you will...

Experiencia negativa: Very disappointed to say the least. Corey Jefferson took advantage of a Veteran and sold him the worst rehab home in Willngboro NJ. He should have his license revoked and should not be able to sell anything. The day we closed on the house the horror began. The main sewer collapsed; week later central air failed causing damage to the ceiling; after that sever termite infestation causing major damage which he stated he got treated. Then to top it off we had to vacate the premises on two occasions: 1 by the township for Corey not obtaining a CO; 2 due to severe mold through the kitchen. Last, he does not honor his contract agreement. Buyers nightmare

Experiencia negativa: A real estate agent at this location named Esra Aygun has made various comments on a Facebook page called “Love What Matters,” stating that she feels that babies born outside of wedlock should be aborted. She has also stated that all children born before marriage are a “stupid permanent mistake.” Personally, I would NOT want an individual with this mindset to EVER aid me in finding a home. This woman has a terrible attitude, and has proved through her Facebook comments that she has no ability to filter her thoughts or provide unbiased service to clients. If you want a real estate agent that accepts blended families, single parents, etc., please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere!
