We had no frame of reference of what it takes to sell a house and Aaron was there every step of the way. He can facilitate anything from Title V issues, to cleaning services, to dumpster rentals, or his own photographer/videographer to do an amazing shoot of your house. Even set us up with his fence guy to replace our fence after the new septic system was put in. They got it done reusing all the original fencing taken down by the septic system company only having to add one new 6ft stockade section, keeping our costs down. You would not know fence was ever taken down. He is extremely professional, with a very friendly personality and is always available whether via email or phone. Very responsive to any questions we had and we had many. Sold our property in less than 7 days, above asking price.
