He constantly assured me that everything would work out right down to the closing! And he was right! Johnny was always available any time I had a question or wanted to see a potential home. My house sold in 6 days and after looking at many places with Johnny, he sent me the one! I called him, we went to see it, he made an offer for me, offer accepted and now I own it and love it. As one example, I had to clear out my loved ones house over a 48 hr weekend. Johnny let me use his truck to haul everything out, and assured me that whatever I couldn’t handle, he would make sure was taken care of. He helped me get junk removed, carbon monoxide detectors installed, house power washed and flowers added for the open house. I am a worrier by nature, but with Johnny I never had to worry about a thing. He got the house sold in no time, with an offer above asking before we even went to open house.
