She answered all questions from my wife and I. We got the price we wanted on our purchase and our sale. When we wanted to make an offer She had it drafted and ready for signatures same day (usually within an hour). Theres nothing more frustrating than trying to buy a new home and having your agent drag their feet and take multiple days to even draft an offer. A lot of agents do not respect your investment of time and energy trying to sell and/or buy a home. Dont risk using an unserious agent and having to start over. If youre looking for a realtor I'd recommend a professional such as Rachel Derry.

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time homeowner, I genuinely had no idea what to expect. The entire process seemed very intimidating. There were a lot of numbers, a lot of paperwork, and a lot of change in-between, some of which i wasn’t fond of, some of which I was. Rachel understood that I had no idea what I was doing and she guided me throughout where she could and made this process as smooth for me as possible.
