She contacted me about 2 years prior to selling the home to start building a relationship with us in the event we wanted to sell the house. Real estate in the town was going through the same inventory shortage and demand spike as the rest of the country and she was doing her biz-dev work to build pipeline for herself into the future. I applauded the effort so when it came time to sell our home, Amy was a natural first look for potential agents. We signed an agreement with K&W and started the process. We are not frequent sellers, so we needed some education on the process. Amy and her team were excellent at sharing the process with us, both in writing and through verbal reinforcement on phone calls. No surprises really. We knew what to expect and the timeline associated with that. Amy set up a cadence very early and managed us to that cadence. (You don't realize how busy you are or how much work it is to clear 25 years of living at a property until you are on a timeline) :-) In early September, Amy brought her staging consultant into the home for a tour. Honestly, the inside of the home was pristine and presented very well because we took painstaking care of the property and all of its contents. The staging consultant was very focused on the elimination of content and clutter so that the buyer would see the potential for the home and not just a barren floor space that made "imagining" difficult. We took the advice of the staging consultant (very professional person) and the house was made ready for the photo-shoot in late September. Those photographs portrayed the house nearly perfectly. The team did an excellent job. In addition to prepping the home for photos and open houses, Amy had a pretty clear process for inspections, certifications and contact lists for service providers like HVAC, electrical and other electro-mechanical contacts. The buyer would be given a complete list of the companies that serviced the home and how they should interact with them, why and on what items. Again, the house is in excellent shape so it was a professional courtesy to the buyers. All of those activities went without a hitch. Amy Balewicz is dialed into the community, has a long list of contacts and acted on behalf of us (seller) and the community in a very professional manner. The home sold very quickly with multiple offers. We were very pleased with the outcome for our family and the new buyers. They bought an excellent home.

Although not the only realtor to reach out to me to help me in my search, she was the only one to send me a handwritten note offering her expertise.
