Her responsiveness to us and our realtor at the time was remarkable, and memorable. When we were ready to purchase a new home we immediately thought of Rosa as someone we would like to have on our side. Throughout the months of March through May 2021 she was incredibly diligent, patient, and understanding of our needs and provided us daily updates of potential properties. When it was time to move on a property that clicked all of our "boxes" she was wonderfully responsive and thorough in all of her interactions with us, with our attorney, with the seller, and the seller's attorney. She was a staunch advocate for us when needed but handled her interactions and negotiations with all parties with diligence, compassion, and firmness (when necessary). She made herself available at all times of day, even when on vacation! Rosa insisted on being present for all aspects of the transaction: open house, home inspection, and even was with us on closing day. She took time well beyond what we expected to make sure we got what we wanted and in the way we wanted to have it delivered. She has extensive knowledge of Central MA area and Worcester in particular, which was apparent from our first conversation with her. We specified some generalities of what we were looking for in a home, and she immediately set us up with an MLS list of homes that met these criteria (including an automatic daily email with additions/changes so that we could keep up with new listings). It was easy to coordinate with her to see the houses we were interested in, and she was able to set up 4-5 appointments in a row on each day, which was impressive and extremely convenient.
