Experiencia negativa: I have a bad experience with those people I rented a bedroom apartment there, I always paid my rent one time ,they told me after 1month moved out they supose to give me my refund(deposit) it’s been 3months ago till now they still keep my money.those people are very bad,stay away from them.i m still waiting for my money from the stupid people.

Every step was explained in simple language to ensure full understanding. Adequate time was given to clarify doubts without any rush. Agreements, registration, and legal formalities were guided in a step-by-step manner. Property visits were also arranged smoothly with complete transparency. All information shared was accurate and easy to follow. Complex procedures became much simpler due to proper support and patience. Overall, the service felt professional, reliable, and well organized.

Experiencia negativa: Ever since Sheila left the company, the quality of service here has completely gone downhill. The new management and maintenance supervisor do not respond to requests or fix issues in a timely manner. We’ve placed multiple maintenance requests, and no one ever gets back to us. On top of that, the property has become poorly maintained — there are ongoing pest and rodent problems that have yet to be addressed, despite repeated reports. When Sheila was managing things, she always made sure our work orders were handled quickly and properly. We never had these kinds of problems under her supervision. It’s really disappointing to see how much the property has declined since she left. Management needs to step up and take better care of both the residents and the property itself.

Experiencia negativa: Everything was fine with the management group until move out. They have policy to inform them regarding moving out 30 days in advance which I did. Never heard back. My appfolio was on autopay. They charged me for the month of August even though I moved out and returned the keys by July 31st. They received the keys and have been avoiding my emails regarding my refund for the month of August and the security deposit. What horrible customer service. Especially when they have overcharged me before and instantly refunded. But NOW! No communication, im out now $2,720. I sent videos and pictures of before and after of the apartment making sure it was returned how it was given. No response….

Experiencia negativa: Mucho cuidado al intentar rentar una propiedad con esa asociación, son unos ladrones, yo apliqué para un apartamento mi aplicación fue aprobada ellos me enviaron un contrato de renta por el apartamento que yo avía aplicado y días después me cancelaron el contrato de renta lo eliminaron del la página del condominio diciendo que ese apartamento ya no estaba disponible y que me podían ofrecer otro yo les dije que no y que me devolvieran el dinero de mi aplicación la señorita Sacha empezó a dar excusas sin sentido de que elevarían la queja y que se estaría comunicando conmigo al final no responde ni da la cara están escondidos , mucho cuidado que al parecer acostumbran a estafar

Experiencia negativa: They removed my review because it was so bad but I’m back because i have a freedom of speech. They charge you for the most unnecessary things . We had a whole termite infestation that they never fixed. Their lawn mowing company broke my window and the fixed it 4 months later … AFTER I MADE A report to the city. The roof of the house is so piss poor iguanas have came inside the roof of the house and bred babies !!! It was a storm and caused two holes in our house it’s been about two months and they never fixed it . All of our clothes have been ruined from the flood and we have been forced to sleep out in the living room. Can you believe they charged us $100 for laying out WET CARPET FROM THR STORM that came in inside ? The nerve .

Experiencia negativa: In the most disrespectful way this is probably the most vile, disgusting and fraudulent property management I have ever encountered in my 20+ years living in Florida. Management especially Sasha is so rude every time there’s a problem at the unit they are dragging their feet where it feels like pulling teeth to get maintenance to come out. The rent is always paid, but we are constantly getting treated like second class citizens. Don’t worry though we are reporting this management especially for the termite infestation in our home that they failed to mention before we move in. Avoid renting this health code violation of a place.

Experiencia negativa: Management doesn’t truly care about their tenants. Very unprofessional and takes their time fixing issues, but will harass you when rent is due. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND especially with the cost of living nowadays! Atleast treat your tenants nicely

Experiencia negativa: Muy mala experiencia me arrendaron una propiedad en precarias condiciones lo tome por que no tenia otra opción y necesitaba llevarme a mi familia..pero esto esta lleno de cucarachas , hormigas y se llueve todo el tiempo...nadie responde y solo saben presionar para cobrarte,,...tengo más de tres multas inventadas... nos cansamos del abuso y falta de criterio...

I love it here everything is close by the area The maintenance are fast and understanding any problem I have I always request a maintenance for my apartment and it gets done The management Sheila and Sasha is very helpful and understanding as well. They are very professional and are passionate about making sure the tenants are good and everything is working properly.

Experiencia negativa: No lo recomiendo.. son super exigentes y por cualquier cosa quieren multarte... pero cuando los llamas por mantenimiento para el apartamento se demoran una eternidad en resolver el problema.. (si es q lo resuelven) tiene muy pocos parqueos, y te exigen el stiker pero igual te remolcan el carro cuando menos lo esperas... no hay relación precio-confort...

Experiencia negativa: If i can give -10 stars i promise i would . This company is by far the worst i have ever encountered! They are the epitome of slum lords !! First of all the property managers are very disrespectful and rude . It seems as though every time we call for an update for our issues we get the run around or they beat us mad , lol .. i figured out how to handle them though . All you gotta do is call the city on them and the city will give them a code violation. That will help them work faster. When u actually have time I’ll post pictures and explain the nightmare I’ve been going through

Experiencia negativa: Slum lords!!! I have a broken refrigerator for over a year. The roof and tub is leaking. Everytime contact management they avoid my complaints. If there is a lawyer that would like to take up my concerns please contact me.The security gate has never worked. I have been trying to find out who the owners if this property to I form them about th slum.lord property manager.

The office staff Sasha, Bruna and Shelia are very kind and helpful and always address concerns in a timely and efficient manner. I would also like to express my appreciation to the maintenance worker Jose for being so professional when entering my home even when I'm not there cleaning up behind his repairs They are the best! No where is perfect this is a fact but as you can see as my example for my apartment it is what you put in it. Thanks for being the best and working with me.

Experiencia negativa: Affordable rentals but terrible management. The staff is really nice and helpful, but the management hides behind them so they don't have to answer to the problems they cause residents. Not to mention, they never give notice about maintenance coming to the property. I moved into a filthy unit without a stove and missing cold water from my kitchen sink. After reporting the problem, I got no response from management but two days later had someone show up out of nowhere with a stove and my sink was fixed unannounced two days later. They denied any discount on rent for the filthy apartment and inconvenience of no stove upon move in.

Experiencia negativa: Im speaking for the hallandale residents. Lehman property is by far the worst living experience ive ever had. Cant get maintenance to come and fix anything they charge for garbage and let it pile up. The building is full of rodents and insects... Management is always unaware of over charges and wen ask to correct anything they're very unprofessional!!!
