Experiencia negativa: We were ghosted about 3 months ago. Overall I found the relationship quite disappointing. We did the vast majority of the legwork and ultimately decided to consider Western Colorado. Interestingly, they refused to let us out of the contract. Sure, it’s within their rights, but why hold a buyer hostage? I’m not old and wealthy, I have less buying experience, and I lean towards trusting folks - given my prior life in small town New England - but I’ve certainly changed my tune with regards to hearing about predatory realtors. We left Estes with a bad taste in our mouths, that’s for sure.
