Corey was my agent when I listed my raw land for sale this year. I had been told by other agents to expect the process to take up to a year and expect "creative" offers. This was our first time selling our house and I felt that he did not explain the process well. I definitely felt that the communication was poor. Documents were sent to my email without me being told or explained as to what they were.Our house was sold, but I wanted a realtor who would be constantly keeping me in the loop. But instead I felt like I had to constantly reach out for updates on the process. I understand he was moving as well during the sell of out house so this was probably the reason for communication. On a positive, he seemed to be a extremely nice and friendly guy.

We had a bad experience with another agent trying to show our home and Corey was very proactive with handling the situation and making us feel better about it. Corey handled little things that we could not take care of being out of state, we really appreciated that. We used Corey for a second time, this time as buyers. Corey was our agent while we were living in another state. He drove all over and did FaceTime tours and showings for us. It was difficult enough being in another state but with COVID on top of it it was even more challenging.
