When I was mentally ready to put it on the Market , I was discouraged with the Covid scare looming in every one’s mind. Although I had received Market Analysis from three other Agents , Mark was the final one to give me a Market Analysis . They were all in the same range. But within 48 hours the prospective buyers with drew the offer . As he broke the news to me he reassured me , that he has another buyer in the wings who would offer more than asking price , but would require Inspection . That buyer bought it . It was the seller’s dream deal . Mark’s professional savvy, honesty , and personable nature made the sale possible with out a hitch. May be it was just chance , that it was an uncomplicated sale ! In the month of closing that ensued, I got to observe Mark at work , dealing with my long-time tenants to open their apartments for Virtual Video showing. Mark is gregarious , polite , patient , respectful, honest in all his interactions with his clients , reluctant tenants , escrow officers etc. I will definitely choose him as an Agent for future Real Estate transactions . I will recommend him , without reserve to any one who wants an honest , hard working , result- oriented Realtor/ Broker .
