Experiencia negativa: Never renting here again. We rented a apartment in Fairfield for a few months and the apartment was already in bad condition, there was a useless yard we had that was way to overgrown, mold on the ceiling, and the apartments we rented, [Alaska avenue] was a really crowded area. In addition, a lot of homeless, robberies, and vandalism. I had my car window smashed and items stolen. Also, don’t expect to get your deposit back, they will charge you for the most ridiculous things, my deposit was $1800 and they only returned me $30. (Worst apartment company do not recommend) Let this be your warning.

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I could give Crown Realty Property 10 stars! Kimi has been absolutely amazing as well as the office staff at both locations (Napa/Vacaville). I used to live around the corner and paid $300 more for a 2 bedroom, 1 level with a wall unit. I wish I would've found Crown and 209 Alaska avenue sooner. Not only was the beautiful Townhome renovated, but had a private back yard for my furbaby, and $300 CHEAPER. But the main attraction outside the central heat and air that works AMAZINGLY well, was the small gated community at 209 Alaska. When I say the community of people at this location was absolutely amazing. I'm generally an introvert, but every neighbor was friendly and inviting! Everyone makes sure you know who they are and they all have each others back. If you have kids this place is perfect for you and once they all learned my name they would say "HIIII BRANNON" everytime I left the house and this was on my second day there. I hate that I had to move, but will always cherish my time here. Very quiet and I've passed it a thousand times before checking it out since I lived around the corner. My only regret is not finding this place sooner. A true hidden gem!

Experiencia fantástica: I've rented two properties through Crown and Kimi and Karlie have both been very responsive and assisting with any concerns. I've been in the current rental property for 8 months now and have had nothing but a positive experience with Kimi and the current landlords.

Experiencia negativa: My experience with Kimi at Crown Realty Property Management for the York Ct. property in Vacaville was extremely frustrating. From the very first meeting, her conduct felt unprofessional—at one point an officer even interrupted to discuss her personal matters during what should’ve been a business appointment. After moving in, we discovered a severe roach infestation that was never disclosed or resolved; we had to pay for treatments ourselves even though she promised they would cover the initial treatment- they never did. The home quickly fell apart—washer/dryer, cabinets, and door handles broke—and every time we raised concerns, calls and voicemails went unanswered or brushed off with vague responses. Instead of resolving these issues, she waited until we moved out, deducting from our deposit so we could pay for the repairs. They deceived us by telling us we had to move out because the owner was selling the home, this was untrue given it’s already back on the market. At an increased rent price. Between the lack of transparency, poor communication, and unprofessional behavior, I cannot recommend Kimi or Crown Realty. She is a crooked property manager. Renters deserve management that is responsive, honest, and reliable—none of which we experienced here.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a great experience with Kimi. She was very responsive and attentive. She worked very hard to quickly find a tenant for my property so there was as small of a gap as possible between tenants. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, work quickly, and even support with the paperwork to extend my tenant's lease a year later. Would definitely work with her again.

Experiencia negativa: Bad service. We set up a tour with Kimi but she never showed up. We were there 10 minutes early and stayed 15 more minutes incase she was running late. No call or text to let us know that the scheduled tour would be canceled.

We ended up finding a private owner in the city that we wanted to live in but I was very pleased with the service we were provided by Crown Realty during our home search. Give them a try you will not be disappointed.

She allowed unsavory, drug addict and trashy tenants to remain onsite while asking friends or family to leave. She also spent time bad mouthing residents so they couldn't rent at other properties.she wasn't available most time, and had tenants fill out applications knowing they'd be denied, since she was bad mouthing them. She became highly rude when she was confronted on how she treated people and her lack of understanding and empathy.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently moved back to Vacaville and found the home rental market very competitive and not much supply. My wife and I looked at many homes and came across Karlie at Crown Realty Property Management. We are so glad we met her. Crown was very easy to work with and had homes to rent. Any issues that we have had were attended to in a reasonable amount of time and we can always speak to someone when we need it. If you have rental properties or looking to rent, I recommend contacting Crown Realty to help you.

Experiencia negativa: In the reviews, we were Michele Burnett's challenging renters. We moved across country and wanted to rent for a while since we were both in new jobs in a new state. We specifically asked Crown Realty if the owner had any intention on selling, they said no(this is recorded on video). Well...they decided to sell 10 months into our 12 month lease. Our kids were still in school so we had to scramble to find another place in the same school district. By the way, this was during the height of CoVID. We could have squatted due to CoVID rules but did not, because we are decent people. We paid on time, kept the home, pool and yard really nice. Anything to the contrary is a bald-faced lie. Upon vacating the property, we forgot to put a removable pool fence back up(yard was fully fenced) and they charged us $135, they couldn't even find it in their greedy little hearts give us our fully deposit back. My limited experience tells me, your chances of interacting with decent people as a renter will be low. Property management firms do not care about you, the renter. They only care about not getting sued and keeping their clients(the owners) happy.

Experiencia negativa: It was very disappointing, Kimi was not available most of the weekends to show the property, in two months only did showing 2 times. Also prospective tenants most cases don't do a full application till they see the property. I missed out on 2 months rent. I was able to rent both my apartments in 1 week. She was professional and polite. Responded to my concerns. But didn't work out .

We were very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of Karlie and her team. They were very efficient and responsive to issues that came up and addressed them in a timely manor. We had very challenging renters and Crown Realty went above and beyond! I would hire them again and highly recommend them as an owner or a renter.

Experiencia negativa: I would not suggest living on their properties. I know someone who has major issues going on in apartments that they manage. They do not care about issues that are not safe. They should be fined. Beyond unprofessional! I would like to know how I can get in touch with the owner about major issues on the properties.

Experiencia negativa: I was very interested in a home listed that was available for rent. I was told that before I could even see the place that I would need to fill out an application - which required a lot of personal and confidential information (social security #, employment, gross annual salary, current address info, etc). I waited over a week- no response! I emailed 2 times to try to get some information- was it already rented out? Etc! I then called into the office later (1.5 weeks) and of course got Stevens voicemail! I left a message and a week later still no response! At a minimum I believe I should have received the common courtesy of a response- ANY response! It is SO worrisome to provide personal information like this over the internet and then have the representing agent not even acknowledge you AT ALL!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Experiencia negativa: Anna was very unprofessional and rude. We tried contacting her several times threw out the day and she was never in the office. We emailed her and explained our pay stubs and how they worked and she was very ignorant and didn't read any of it. Had to email her more times to even get a response. Would not recommend this company at all if she is the one you have to go threw

Experiencia negativa: Makes you complete application before viewing unit which contains a lot of sensitive information. Then never call to view units. I have tried to view two units after completing my application online on August 1 and it is not aug 29 and I’ve yet to view one property even after multiple calls to follow up. Not sure what is the issue or what is done with the information on the application but it is very unprofessional and a little suspect and I will not recommend anyone do business with them
