Ended up losing half of our $15,000 deposit on the wrong house because rather than listen that we didn't want to move forward, she just kept telling us to seek legal counsel. So we paid out legal fees as well.

She believes in staging and properly setting the price to get the best offers. My home was sold for $15,000 over asking with a very short escrow after being on the market just a week or two. Angie is exceptionally thorough leaving nothing to chance. She handled every inspection herself saving me the trouble. Her ideas are spot on and she knows how to prep a house to raise it's appeal.
