Janelle was incredibly patient, hard-working, honest, and precise in her advice and overall representation of our interests. She was so good to work with. She worked 24/7 (literally) - being available for many calls and questions - and showed great kindness and patience and care when it came to my mother’s interests. Equally impressive - we were presented with several offers, one good one be being a “sure thing” and another, for a much higher price, being more speculative. Janelle identified and helped us weigh all the factors so we could truly evaluate the risks and reach the right decision (which was to go for the higher offer). Her advice proved to be excellent and we closed on the higher price without a hitch. I have bought and sold several homes in my life, and in my experience most in Janelle’s position would push to take the lower price “sure thing” offer. She put our house on the market in early December 2023 and it was under contract in about two weeks. I knew I wanted to use Janelle since the moment we interviewed her. I am very high strung and have major anxiety. What’s worse is this is one of the most stressful times in one’s life.
