Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and cares to make sure your needs are met. If you want a person who values your goals and supports you as a buyer. Lacie is the best option. I went through 4 agents. First one was still great but lacked comfort in advocating. The rest had their mindset that suited them. If i learned anything through the process of buying. It would be that who you work with makes a difference. Picking the wrong person can cause you to end up like me. Where it was over a year going into two, trying to buy a home. I worked with lacie for less than three months. I learned way more and seen many homes. Lacie helped me and my husband find the home perfect for us. If you were like me and my husband feeling depleted and gave up due to realtor after another or gave a realtor too long of a chance. Replace them and move forward. There are still great ones out there that care and put their clients first. Lacie is exactly that, she cares and feels like a friend, redirects you when you’re stressed. She pushes you to stay positive and finds you that house. What i like the most is she does not push you past ur comfort in prices and will only suggest what is more financially better in the long run if you had to go past where it makes sense with homes condition. It is never about her commission, but serving her community in finding or selling a home for your next journey.

Experiencia fantástica: Lacie took the time to understand what we were looking for. When we finally found our home we went on quite a journey. It took an us almost five months to finalize our purchase, during all those up’s and down’s she worked patiently with us. I must add that we lived 5 hours away, so things weren’t easy at times. Many trips to look at the house again, negotiating with sellers agent and then having to start all over. She was there for us during the entire adventure, even when she was ill. Even at the end, when it was discovered that the refrigerator had quit the day before close, she negotiated a solution. We would highly recommend Lacie !!
