Jeff Carlson, RE/MAX Experience

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff recently helped us buy a place in Okoboji and due to our schedule we weren’t able to get up there - he handled EVERYTHING start to finish. We completely trusted him and everything turned out great - highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: We began looking for our first home shortly after we found out we were having a baby, and Jeff, Rachel, and Cassie all knocked it out of the park! Carlson RE/MAX has a lineup of incredibly talented individuals that do their homework, empower buyers, and know how to find the right home.

Experiencia fantástica: Without a doubt hands down the best realtor in Sioux City highly recommend !! Takes the time to be very thorough and hold your hand through the whole process which makes the whole experience just a lot more inviting and easier than most!

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff is an incredible agent and offers a great service to all new home buyers in this community! Can't recommend him enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff Carlson is amazing he was always there to answere any questions I had, did amazing keeping me updated throughout the process. If your looking to buy a home and it says Jeff Carlson you will have the best experience awesome job Jeff and thanks again!

Experiencia fantástica: Ours was possibly not the typical real estate listing as it was 5 heir's coming together to sell our Dad's property. I had reached out to Jeff (recommended by a local Realtor in MN) a year prior but we weren't quite ready to list. When I contacted him again he remembered us and said he wondered what ever happened. <-Big props for that! Jeff immediately jumped on it & between he and Sarah Galles, they got the house listed quickly with incredible photos and drone footage. I appreciated the communication Jeff provided and that he was willing to educate me on all things real estate related so my family could make the best decision with regard to this home. I STRONGLY recommend Jeff and his team if you are a seller or buyer. They know the areas in which they service and are top-notch in handling what could be a sticky situation. If I was in the market in IA again, Jeff would be my Go-To guy.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff and Rachel helped us sell our old home and buy a new one. They made the process quick and straightforward. We are now enjoying life at our new place, and we have them to thank. Thank you Jeff and Rachel!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking to buy or sell a home in Siouxland, Jeff & Rachel Carlson should be your first call! We couldn’t have asked for better partners in selling our home!

Experiencia negativa: Rude, arrogant agent. Cash buyer here. Went with a different agent that had more knowledge and common sense and time for me as a buyer. Jeff wants to work when it's convenient for him. All day Saturday I asked for info on a house he had, all day, bought a different home, using a much better, more accessible agent. Thanks so much for steering me elsewhere and away from you Jeff!!! Got answers that day from new agent.

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff Carlsen reached out to me with a commercial property that was listed in Lemars because he knew it was something I may be interested in… Jeff is always looking for new opportunities, that my business may be interested in. He takes a personal interest in knowing your business and what types of projects, may suit you… Jeff and his remax team handled everything perfectly from the negotiation process through closing…. Jeff and Remax take a real hands-on personal approach to real estate, always available always responsive… Thank you and your team for the great service… sincerely joe galles

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff and the rest of the Carlson Group Real Estate team were beyond the best partners we could have hoped for in handling our new building purchase. As a new electrical contracting company that is rapidly growing and all the chaos that comes along with that, we had very little time to invest in the entire purchasing process. Jeff and his team stepped in for us and handled the entire purchase for us, start to finish. Even though we were 800 miles away on a project, everything happened on time as scheduled. Simply put, it was flawless execution on their part, and we sincerely want to thank the Carlson Group Real Estate team for carrying that burden for us. So, from the Electrical Innovations team, We Thank You!

Experiencia fantástica: Jeff was very professional and Johnny on the spot. As a business owner it very important to me to always know where I am at when dealing with my professional building. I can make decisions only when I know what needs to be done. Jeff gave me advice on presentation on my properties for lease and was very acute to keeping me aware of feedback. I would strongly recommend Jeff to anyone who has properties for lease or sale. Dr. John P. McCarthy
