Experiencia fantástica: My previous home in Cowee Valley north of Franklin was empty and listed “For Sale” that listed with another reality firm that didn’t provide the level of service I had expected. It suffered an extensive landslide in the cutout area behind my house that was caused by an underground spring after the area received 60+ inches of rain in six months. Once the repairs were completed, multiple underground horizontal drains installed, and the repairs signed off by a national soil engineering firm, the first realtor’s contract had expired, and I contracted Dan to sell my house there. I live in Hendersonville, NC which is 90 miles east of Franklin, and it’s a 1.5 hr drive between locations. I was concerned that being so far away that it could complicate communications and coordination between Dan and myself. Dan and his company quickly assembled an impressive online virtual tour of my property, and placed ads in multiple national MLS realtor websites to provide a broad coverage in local , regional, and national markets. Dan was always available for questions, suggestions, and quickly provided a response. When I needed to find a local contractor to do some work, Dan provided names and telephone numbers that I contacted to schedule the work. I never had any issues with any contractor that Dan provided, and their work was perfect with no complaints at very reasonable cost. After providing an out-of-state buyer, I signed a sales contract for the list price of $545,000. Then Hurricane Helene hit western North Carolina in late September of 202. I asked Dan to check on my property for any hurricane damage. He quickly went by the property, checked every room inside the house, the garage, and all the outside especially the landslide area. He reported back that everything was just fine and there was no damage. Dan provided a list of local closing attorneys, and I engaged one that I was familiar with who handled everything while I worked with them remotely. Everything was done online, and the day of Closing I didn’t have to be there. It was the easiest Closing that I have ever been involved with, and I have previously bought/sold four other homes. I highly recommend Dan and his firm for all your future real estate needs.

When I was looking for raw land well he sent me everyday a least 10 listing well I found one and it had two realtors on it the other realtor took it over and said leave him out I told Dan later down the road which was wrong on that realtor Dan blew it off to this day..
