They were pro-active in guiding us ahead of schedule every step of the way both buying and selling and were able to correctly forecast a right asking price to create a bidding war resulting in a selling price well above asking. Our house got hit by the Dayton tornado while we were in the process of selling it and our power was out for a week. Mark tracked down a generator from one of his friends so we could power our sump pump in case another storm hit. He also helped us sell our house on very short notice. Get his opinion on things such as banks to use for your loan, as our choice (coming from out of town) turned out to be a serious flaw in the process.
