To be succinct, it has been a challenging period of life for me -- divorce, custody issues, and then a surprise open heart surgery for an inherited problem. I needed help selling my house and finishing a move to be closer to my four kids. The house I purchased turned into a much bigger project than expected. My bandwidth was limited. Alan and his small team assisted me in every aspect of moving the rest of my things out, and cleaning up a property that needed some fine touches [because I had moved already].
