Experiencia fantástica: Lynn was the best.We bought our first house and had no direction on what to do or expect.She was very helpful through the entire process even after we closed and moved in to deal with warranty issues with the builder which showed how dedicated she was that we were satisfied and were taken care of.She always answered the phone and text us if we had questions and I mean well into the night and weekends holidays everything.We would recommend her to anyone that is looking for houses.We will be using her next time we need a new house.

Experiencia negativa: We purchased a home and Lynn was the selling agent. I am beyond disappointed with the things truly wrong in this home. On the contract it states all appliances are in working order but oven won’t heat up, fridge wouldn’t stay cold. Now shower in master leaks water like insane amount. Cabinet wall that was to be fixed was not fixed, wrong cabinet doors were supposed to be replaced with correct and handles attached that was not done either. Shower heads that were to be replaced. We’re not replaced. This list can go on and on but the real issue here is the realtor not doing her due diligence. We tried to back out of purchasing this home at final walk through but would have financial potential hurt our family and left is without a home.
