Experiencia negativa: This company Has no scruples and has disregard ethics. They kept my Elderly mother who just passed away her deposit with no explanation I’ve called this company several times no answer from anyone. This is ridiculous. Anyone please make sure you read the lease because this document has options that they do not explain to the elderly people that are signing it so they can keep the deposit if anyone from this office reads this you need to contact me immediately I have sent emails and no response. I’ve also called your office and no one picks up that phone. If their life depends on it.

Experiencia negativa: Beautiful new building, too bad it’s managed by TRG Management Company (read their reviews instead of this buildings reviews as it’s new). TRG is asking employees to submit 5 star reviews but if you actually look at individual reviews you’ll see resident rate them 0.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service. I called to ask about a unit and see if I could tour virtually since I’m not in the area yet and the man was extremely rude to me. He told me he’d *never* walk someone through a unit over the phone in a very condescending tone and told me to watch the video in the listing… there was no video on the listing. I told him there wasn’t a video multiple times and he kept insisting there was a video and basically treated me like I was dumb for not seeing a video that WASNT THERE. I was still interested in the unit anyway, despite how rude he was, and asked if I could apply and in conversation about my job and income, I had a question about the policies I saw in the listing (a genuine question about if I could have a co-signer, not trying to be difficult) and he very rudely said “this is not a negotiation” and continued to berate me for asking a question. Very unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: You guys remodel the apartments they look really nice.But why are you still going up on rent .I like where I live but a single mom who is working only to keep a roof over her kids head is insane.Going up on rent last yr 4 times.Now again 2026 haven’t even gotten started yet.They is no way this company can have a heart a do this to people.I really don’t want to hear business is business.But I know when the residents had a meet about the remodel of the apartments.Some of your people lied straight in our face and said rent wasn’t going to go up like this.When I first moved in rent wasn’t 1,089 now 2,058is crazy.This is taking from me buy my kids food and clothes.But you guys only looking and money.

Showed me a unit with a heavy german cockroach infestation 24 hours before our potential move… needless to say that move was cancelled.

If you want to totally destroy tenant happiness and well being do the dumb move and hire them to manager your property. Nomi Soleste went way down hill fast after this unprofessional team took over. The owners should have stayed with RKW.

Experiencia negativa: The worst management system I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in one of the communities they manage for 3 years. Roach infestation. I’ve had to pay my own extermination MONTHLY! They raise the rent every six months by almost $100 it’s ridiculous. I get the economy is terrible and I live in a high income area but I don’t think it’s no excuse. I’ve had to hire my own plumbing for the toilet and the dishwasher multiple times when they provide on site maintenance. I have mildew coming out of my air vents, they said don’t worry it won’t KILL me. I’ve waited 3 years to get an amenities key. Paying for the tennis court, gym, pool and etc. just to not have access. If my husband didn’t email the upper management we wouldn’t even have a key! Just to be told that the pool is closed half the time and the keys malfunction. Something has to be done!

Experiencia negativa: On November 9, 2025, I applied for an apartment managed by this company and paid an administrative fee of $350, a holding fee of $500, and a non-refundable application fee of $125. My application was approved. However, after approval, I chose not to move forward due to issues related to the payment of my realtor. Because of this, I decided not to proceed with the application. After this decision, I experienced difficulty reaching the leasing office despite multiple phone calls and emails. I eventually went in person and spoke with the office manager, Maggie Ramos, who informed me that I would receive a refund check within 3–4 business weeks for the administrative and holding fees, totaling $850. That timeframe has long passed, and I have not received my refund. Since then, I have made numerous attempts to follow up by phone, email, and in person. Each time, I am told to follow up by email and that someone will get back to me. However, no one has provided any resolution or refund. I also have an email thread documenting these communications and the promise of a refund. To date, I have not received my $850, nor have I been given any clear information about when it will be issued.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience I lived in one of the properties in Tampa Florida there were no security there unless someone was going to inspect the building. There has been shootings and stabbing there and a girl that her ex stabbed her and her baby was thrown out of window. The staff is horrible don't care about anything but a pay check no one ever knows anything. I moved out for my security as I had a VAWA that no one respected I finished my Year lease Left the apartment immaculate better than when it was given to me. I have pictures to prove it and a video never bothered anyone and I have been having a hard time getting my deposit back. Moved out in December 2026 And we are in February and nothing yet.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give you -1star could be better. This is the worst management company ever, I actually live in one of their buildings (Alture Westland) and they never fix anything. The phone at the entrance of the building to give access to visitors, families or just give access for an uber eat is broken since a lot of time ago and they haven’t fix it or try to find a temporary solution for residences. Me and other residents are uncomfortable and frustrated with this situation. Something so simple like this .

Experiencia negativa: I moved out of Manor Barrett in July, have emails of updating my forwarding address that apparently never got updated in the account for my deposit refund. I received my statement of refund due in SEPTEMBER. After responding to said email and not getting a single response back I found out they sold the property to another rental company, even stopped by the front office to confirm. I’ve had ONE successful phone call back on October 10th stating my deposit refund would get to me within a week or 2 at most since my address was updated over the phone. It’s now November 7th, 4 WEEKS LATER still no refund. I’ve left 2 voicemails, one for the person I originally spoke with and one transferred to someone “higher up”. No return calls, no return emails. I would really appreciate the money that is owed back to me

Experiencia negativa: As a resident of Manor Barrett Apartments in Kennesaw, GA, with TRG Management Company, part of the deal for renewing my leasing contract was that I would receive a $1000 gift card. This was taken into consideration when agreeing to the new monthly rental rate in the renewed lease. However, much like most other residents here who were offered this deal, we have not received this gift card, and the TRG office is not answering back to multiple messages left. It has been several months since resigning and several weeks since the new lease activated. A few weeks ago, the apartment had also transitioned to another management company, but the residents who renewed under TRG were told TRG would still honor the sign-on incentive. Yet, our messages continue to be ignored. The agent with TRG who is in charge of the gift card goes by the name of Kash Gashler. This business tactic comes across as very deceptive and a false advertisement!

Experiencia negativa: Whoever is running the phones the last week is very rude and unprofessional. I’m simply trying to attain information as I haven’t been paid in over 100 days. She doesn’t even let me speak before she transfers me to the building when the info i need she has. Terrible.

Experiencia negativa: An absolute joke of a management company They don’t maintain the building at all so the pool, stairwells, and common areas are always disgusting. If there is a building event it is almost always canceled with no notice. They just list them to look like they’re doing things. When I file maintenance requests for my unit, I’m told they will come at a certain time and then if I’m lucky they’ll come several days later when I’m not there, do nothing, and mark the issue as fixed. They changed parking vendors and the rules changed daily. They would ticket the other peoples’ cars if they didn’t move their car the day a new sign went up saying even more of our resident parking suddenly belongs to some bar. Then, even after I ignored all this, the leasing agent extended my lease month-to-month and then quit. Now of course I find out she put it in so I have to stay another year or break my lease. Absolute scam. By the way everyone reports they now always subtract out cleaning fees from your security deposit even if you leave it perfect. In case you think these issues are particular to me, I’m in a building WhatsApp group with hundreds of others who feel the same way. These are the greedy people ruining everything. Note that “Chantell” who responded to me appears to be a bot because the phone number provided doesn’t work which is typical for this mess of a company

Experiencia negativa: I need to address a very frustrating issue. I had a client move into the property in July, and now we are in mid-January. Not only did I facilitate that move, but I also brought another tenant into the property for the commercial space. Despite my efforts, I have yet to be paid the money that is owed to me. I have called and emailed numerous times, yet the matter remains unresolved. It’s extremely disappointing because the property is beautiful, and I would genuinely love to bring more business your way. However, this situation leaves an incredibly unsavory taste in my mouth. I work very hard and went above and beyond to secure this space for my clients. It is both unfair and unacceptable that I am still chasing payment for work I completed months ago. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.

We have been contacting this group and have had zero response. Contacted the property and they said this is out of their hands and we need to talk to this management company. No email back, no phone call. What a joke of a company. I’m not even sure it’s a real company at this point.

I have been calling and emailing this group to try to get my money back before getting a lawyer involved. Unfortunately, now that it has been almost 6 months I’m going to have to waste my time and money hiring a lawyer to help with this issue. Avoid this company, and any of the properties they manage, at all costs.

Their entire demeanor was atrocious and within, 2 weeks of their appearance here they jacked our rent up. It hadn't been a year since our rent arbitrarily got raised and these people did the same exact thing. All units are dealing with septic tank issues you can't, run water in the bathroom sink without it turning your stomach. And we're going to lay new pavement down in these parks because well thats important,you pay your rent and you get this ridiculous email thanking you, for choosing TRG Management we did choose you we got stuck with you. Nobody here would have ever chose you Nobody here trust you and tell your employees to stop telling tenants (you should show me some respect) respect is earned not given. Learn the difference

As a management company set in place for Emerald Villas in Orlando,Fl the staff on property are UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least and I am directed to contact TRG Management for any complaints I wish to make. Fine, the issue is I have never received a response no one answers the phone, returns any vc messages Or emails. The staff at emerald villas can never give me a direct person to reach out to which allows them to continue the unprofessional behavior it is very unfortunate that this property is ran by what seems to be family who actually violate Landlord-Tenant rules.

Experiencia negativa: My AC hasn't been working for two weeks. Ever since the maintenance guys came in they made the situation worse. They don't really care because I'm moving anyways so they decide to give a portable AC to hold us. Instead of fixing the actual problem. I'm so ready to be done with them altogether.

Experiencia negativa: I called The Herrington Mill (one of TRG Mgt. apartments) in February to have a check of $400 re-issued to me because I misplaced it and my name wasn't spelled correctly. It is now May and I STILL have not received my money. No one answers the phone here, nor at Herrington Mill apartments. This is extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Someone should have been following up with me, but I had to physically go up there and get the run around. If my money isn't here by this week I'm seriously going to take legal action upon filing a complaint. This place and others needs to be audited. ASAP! UPDATED: After I posted this I received a phone call from this company and it was resolved right away. However, it should not come to a person having to post a negative review to get a company to start the process of correcting an issue. The number that you provide on these reviews is not a good number. Please due people a service and provide a good working number where they can speak with someone to get issues resolved. Thank you.

Experiencia negativa: This manager at Mary Bethune show no respect, but aways say speak with respect. He yells at people from 20 to 30 feet away. I have tenants that will testify that his assistant would tell them to shut up and listen to me. I represent the tenants here at Mary Bethune. And they want to go to the television stations to complain. How rude this manager is. I once would tell the tenants give this guy a chance until I experience his awful.

Experiencia negativa: The management at the Icon Midtown in Atlanta needs help and support from corporate TRG. This building is so unsafe and the front door does not lock after hours and our garage gates are broken for MONTHS AND MONTHS and we had a huge 40+ car break in Friday night. I am getting no timeline from our office management to WHEN these security issues will be fixed and we have compiled a huge list of basic issues in this building that makes it NOT A LUXURY EXPERIENCE and we pay luxury level rent (I also just got my renewal notice and they are raising our rent). I have called TRG and emailed at the contact info listed on your website and get no response?!? The car break ins are the last straw. This building needs help & support from corporate to fix the security issues. ( CHANGE VENDORS IF NEEDED with all the rent we pay) and bring it back to a luxury level experience FAST. It currently is a HUGE RIP OFF!!!

Experiencia negativa: I've been trying to contact the number listed on the website which clearly does not work and I've been having issues with my apartment and I went to the leasing office and they refuse to help me for over a month when it rain i have a puddle of water in my bedroom which cause a moldy smell because of the carpet. To make matters worse it's my child bedroom so I have no choice but to move my child in my bedroom. Lost my furniture with all the water but no one care. **UPDATE**... Got a reply from management but the number just ring without answer I even left a voicemail message still no one reply so really I got no assistance still.
