This was our dream house and we knew from the minute we saw it, it had to be ours. There were multiple offers to compete with, and Micah and his team wasted no time putting us in the perfect position to compete. At the end of the entire process, it felt like everyone won—which is really rare these days. I’d highly recommend this team! They know the business.

Experiencia fantástica: We called Micah on a whim to tell him we found our dream home. At the time, we were out-of-state on vacation, and the home was in the middle of an open house. Additionally, the market was crazy and there were multiple offers on the property. Needless to say, the cards were stacked against us. With his extensive knowledge of the Utah market, coupled by his deep- rooted relationships in the community, we knew if anyone could make it happen, it was Micah. Within 24 hrs we beat out 5 other offers and were on our way to closing on our home. Micah was forward thinking in every step of this process. We received routine communications throughout the closing process, which maintained our confidence that we were in the best of care. He even surprised us by negotiating extra things into the sale that we did not expect! You can tell Micah enjoys what he does. The difference being his passion for people and personalized approach. I have and will continue to recommend Micah to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Experiencia negativa: Should never work for or with this guy (Micah). He promises and never follows through. Years upon years later still hasn't paid for services. He offers to pay for referrals and never follows through with them. There is more than just me that knows he doesn't stick to his word. Lousy. Google and other sites need to make it where you don't have to choose a star because 1 star is much too high.

Jerry contacted me after I had visited his website and after hearing our situation, was much more convinced than I was that we would find my family a good match. I had no idea going in what all was involved or needed with buying a home. Jerry and his team were so kind and patient with my many questions and helped collect necessary documents we were missing. It was a wonderful experience. We were responded to quickly and thoroughly all through out the day and evening hours. The first buyer we had under contract pulled out, but Micah had another buyer under contract within 24 hours and we were able to meet the original closing date. Not only did they help me track down a great cleaning company to prep my rental home for sale, but they oversaw every staging detail (giving me peace-of-mind). Once we listed, Micah had multiple offers on my home within 24 hrs, and got us $40k more than our asking price. Experiencia negativa: This is the most aggressive company ever!! I have never reached out to them yet get multiple, multiple, multiple calls and messages. I have politely asked to be removed more than once and then not politely asked to be removed yet they still call constantly! I've blocked number after number but they seem to have a never ending source of numbers to call from. I see I'm not the only one who feels this way and it looks like the owners response is that they "don't want to be a bother". Obviously a load of baloney since it seems to be their calling card! They must be so desperate for business which is a sign they don't have a good reputation.

Experiencia negativa: Pretty crazy how many people are having the same issue I have with this company. I've requested multiple times to have my name and number removed from their list, each time told they would do so. A few months later, sure enough, another phone call from someone reading a script, for a house that is not for sell and won't be for sell (at least by them). Don't use this company, plenty of better ones out there, I'm sure.

Lifted my phone number from my home for rent ad and have called me multiple times despite my polite response that I am not interested in selling and to delete my number. Never do business with a company that harasses people! Update: despite previous numerous conversations that I am not interested, today another phone call. Looks like I'm going to have to take them to court. Let them see how we feel! Class action anyone?

Experiencia negativa: Sellers beware! I called about a listing and it took over a week for the office to get back to me and when they did, the admin that called had minimal information on the listing and I never heard from them again. Definitely not someone I would want marketing my house!

Business must be slow their way or something...I get enough soliciting from others; I don't need your calls also. Please stop cold calling people trying to drum up more business.

Experiencia negativa: Justin has called me multiple times claiming that he knows me and is "following up" on our previous conversations that he has "documented in his system." While his documentation and follow up may be accurate in his interpretation of the semantics games he plays, the only conversation I've had with them has been to ask them to stop calling me and to take me off their call list. Justin was condescending and unprofessional on both occasions, also claiming he has no manager to talk to. I am interested in real estate although my experience with this group has been nothing shy of games. Not impressed in the slightest.
