Fantastic experience: Sara Leos has been our property manager for the past few months, and she has been really fantastic. Our tenant moved out at the beginning of the summer and Sara has been working non stop to ensure that the move out process was smooth and effortless on our part. Now, faced with the task of getting the house ready for a new tenant, she has been so dedicated to the effort. I feel very confident that our house is in great hands with Sara!

Negative experience: My mistake was not checking the Google reviews beforehand. I wouldn’t be surprised if many of the 5-star reviews were requested by employees, which makes sense now given my experience. The 1-star reviews, however, are spot on. Honestly, I’m now worried about how things will go once my contract ends—based on what I’ve seen, it feels like they’ll try to squeeze out every last penny they can. I’ve personally witnessed units being abandoned, likely due to poor service and bad management. It’s ironic how they twist verbal conversations to fit their narrative.

Negative experience: Apartment was given to me extremely dirty, after expressing my concern, Wright Properties offered to send a cleaning crew days after move-in, of course I declined, was I expected to move in to a filthy apartment, and then wait for them to clean it? Now upon move out, I have the full apartment, including appliances cleaned, and I was charged $150 appliance cleaning fee! Additionally, they charged me $150 for missing light bulbs. Ridiculous way to keep your deposit! ( pictures of move out attached)

Both me and my mom have received friendly and fast service from them each encounter. Most impressed also by Cesar Diaz, our maintenance contact. We had some concerns with pests and they have been quick to get companies out. It seems that they care about the property and tenants so far with maintenance. Negative experience: I am truly saddened by the experience I had with Wright Property. Very horrible experience while applying. The staff doesn’t care if they have 5 applicants at a time. They will charge each one $55 without notice to the next applicant. While our application was approved, the unit the sales agent promised us was “supposedly Already rented out and no longer available” This was a terrible experience I had and I was so upset because Within those 48 hours of waiting for an approval on my application. I could’ve applied elsewhere. They are RIPPING PPL OFF and stealing from prospective tenants. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DON’T RENT OR BUY WITH THEM. WORST MANAGEMENT PROPERTY EVER. If I could I would give NO STARS. DONT GET SCAMMED. Apply with Laredo Horizon instead. They are very attentive and please their customers.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I’ve ever had living at a complex. The community is quiet and peaceful, neighbors are friendly and considerate and the property is excellent. All the maintenance requests are promptly taken care of and Angelique has always been available to answer any of my questions.

Negative experience: I must say, I’ve lived in apartments for many years and never had i experienced this much trouble.. according to staff, if anything breaks down or stops working, the owner tries to cheap his way out of fixing anything. When I first moved here, two tenants came up to me and warned me not to sign a contract with these apartments. They said it was very hard for them to get anything fixed, I decided to give them a chance and God do I regret it.. I’ve been here but a few months and I so regret this place and its staff. They have zero accountability and they’ll do cheap fixes, just enough to patch what’s wrong. I’m so disappointed with this place… once you sign the contract, you won’t here from the ladies that did the presentation.. they’ll tell you, call me if you need anything or if there’s anything won’t. Well, I’ve called and texted them and no answer. Stay away from this place.. they really don’t make a full inspection of the apartments before they are leased…

The staff is very rude. one of my experiences I had is they hired one of the vendors to fumigate the units. He was so rushed and wanted to get into my unit while my wife and kids were home. They did not leave a notice and as I told the office they just came up with excuses and were sorry they didn't leave a notification. I left and had an agreement with the owner, and wright property services sucked out as much money as they could and ruined my credit! DO NOT RENT OR BUY WITH THEM.

Negative experience: They rent old, outdated buildings, and once you move out, they blame everything on you. The next thing you know, you owe thousands for damages you didn't commit. Even if you wrote them down, took pictures, reported the damages (and never fixed it), they just want every penny sucked out of your pocket.

From the first day of our lease to the end when we were ready to vacate, WPS was attentive and answered all concerns when it came to maintenance requests, questions about our lease, as well as prompt answers when we put in our request to vacate. Throughout the 2 years, Angelique D, admin assistant was our point of contact and she was always so prompt with her replies to our concerns and questions. Negative experience: Most of the office clerks are rude and the manager doesn’t do anything about it. When you request for maintenance they take their time but, to charge they keep bugging. They make sure you don’t get your deposit back. If there is a tiny damage they charge the triple or more when it’s workers that do a cheap job. Stay away from renting with them.

If you are in need of selling a property all you have to do is call Adriana Lopez she did a super great job selling my property.

Negative experience: Update: they took over a month to fix what was wrong but they haven’t given me the money for the filters which they are charging every month yet I am receiving the filter every two months and on the contract it doesn’t say anything about them charging monthly yet only giving me a filter every two months. Becareful guys with this company They screw people over since people don’t know much about laws, maintenance takes forever to come Through you have to be calling and emailing them, they are charging me For filters every month and I receive them Every two months that is theft.
