Positive experience: Mr. Canales not only he answered his phone but on a weekend! That's very strange many realtors don't answer the 1st ring! He showed us not 1 condo but 2 same day! I just wish his colleagues work with him. We did purchase the condo for our assistant, very centrally located. The sales realtor was not very competitive with Mr. Canales the lady was rude and unprofessional. Mr Canales is a very friendly person and people like her take advantage. Mr. Canales don't change your charisma and pleasant attitude is very positive.

I hired Trinidad as a realtor, and instead of facilitating the process, explaining things, helping me feel at ease, she did the opposite. Every question I would have she turned it into something negative, was defensive, and was very rude towards me. To top it off the other realtor, working with the buyer Sarah was extremely unprofessional and said a comment about the property we were selling. She told my sister, “I’m trying to convince my client not to buy your property because not even a fly would stop there” this was property I inherited from my mother when she passed away. So hearing this was a slap to my face and my realtor that is supposed to be on our side didn’t do or say anything! I would never work with this realtor company again this is only a few of many different uncomfortable instances that happened. Don’t hire them! I don’t recommend them, both realtors work for the same company, and both are very unprofessional.
