Fantastic experience: It has been a great experience studying at the GoodView School. Mr. Jiang's class was very interesting and full of examples. After taking all the classes, I had a basic grasp of the knowledge of the real estate license exam. Then I completed the materials given by the school to prepare for the exam. I passed the license exam on the first try. Studying real estate theory for the exam might sound boring, but I didn't feel that way at GoodView.

Fantastic experience: 2019 during holidays season, I quit my director job and wanted to build up my new career with Real Estate. From friend’s suggestion that I joined GoodView team and hopefully can past my Real Estate License exam smoothly. At first I was very nervous with absolutely no confidence when I looked over 500 pages book with all the regulations and rules, but after started Mr. Jiang’s few classes and my confidence is gradually building up. Unfortunately not too long after the COVID hits the entire country and the whole world so that we had to switch the class from live to zoom. With Mr. Jiang’ professional, knowledgeable and experienced skills, there are still many students had past the test during the COVID( most of time examination was closed). What I want to say when it comes to real estate class in the Bay Area, there's only handful of them are good in term of quality , how good/experienced the instructor is, plus how well the class can give you the test prep you need towards the exam. After searching and inquiring, this is the place to be, especially if you prefer studying it with Chinese, GoodView definitely will be your best choice in California.

Fantastic experience: When is comes to real estate class in the Bay Area, there's only handful of them are good in term of quality , how good/experienced the instructor is, plus how well the class can give you the test prep you need towards the exam. After searching and inquiring, this is the place to be, especially if you prefer learning in Chinese! Due to my parents and relatives want to participate with real estate investing in US therefore I been suggested to get the license. I been searching online for good schools, and saw a few of my friends were graduated from this school, so I decided to give it a try as the school offer first class sit in listen for free. The class has many time availabilities such as weekday and weekend, mine was every Sunday 10:30AM to 1PM. First time listening to Professor Ben, I am already triggered to make up mind to stay with this school. Professor Ben is an amazing teach and a great person, I not only learn the "real deal" but also many great history along with the real estate market where you wouldn’t normally learn elsewhere, moreover, I am very admired with Professor Ben as a person and a businessman, his personality, mindset, and the way how he teach student to do business is priceless, sufficient to show his experience and professionalism, I do get the feeling I not only learn what real estate is about but also becoming a better person. Professor Ben is also a nice which you will find him very funny during class but guess what, when a student misses a class, he will actually willing to teach the last class all over again even for just one student, how responsible! He is the person with experience both as in a real estate broker and loan officer, definitely a person you can learn from, I truly enjoyed the time in class with him. And the ultimate reason besides the professor is great, the exam prep and class handout are very very close to what the exam questions, I passed on my first try without even opening the textbook! Throughout the lesson’s, I managed to learn a lot of things as many information taught is very practical in real life. He used real examples he encountered to explain the concepts that will be tested on the exam, such as real estate law, real estate finance, real estate contract, etc. I just mailed out my application for the salesperson exam today. Jiang’s assistant. Mary Ma, helped me through the entire process prior to mailing the material. She went through details with me one on one on how to prepare for the last step preparation, how to best comprehend things for the test, and how to utilize the class materials and website tools, etc. Her explanation process helped me a lot and made everything easier for me . The class was so helpful that I even greatly recommend it for my my recently college graduated son, who can definitely benefit from the lesson.

Negative experience: Hi There. I just took the real estate class from this firm. I think it's pretty fair with the price they charge which is cheaper than the market price. You got what you paid.
