Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to start. I can’t say something generic like he went above and beyond. I was coming from a different state and a different time zone. I was not familiar with the state or the culture. Emily and Robbie showed me so many places. Emily who helped Robbie out was a joy and always helpful. When I wasn’t in town, Robbie sent me virtual videos of places I was interested in. He didn’t ever try to make a quick sale along the way. He pointed out things I didn’t see and should consider. Fantastic experience: Where do I even start…let’s just say Robbie was literally one the best if not my favorite realtor I’ve ever had in the home buying process. Myself, my wife, and three kids were moving back to Louisiana from Nashville, TN and we searched realtors in the Lafayette area and Robbie popped up and man, were his reviews on point! Thank God he was able to help us out before we moved down. He went above and beyond and looked at houses for us and would take video walk-throughs and pictures of the whole house even. When had been looking for a while and when we told him we were going to sell, he sold our home in less than 24hrs...Never even put a sign out front. In a matter of days he found us the home we were looking for in the area we were looking. I was amazed(He came out and showed it to us on his birthday, which was on a Sunday as well) We had a small hiccup at the closing table with the sellers of our new home and Robbie told us to wait on signing the papers, which saved us from a potential court battle later if we did sign. it forced the sellers to do what they promised, If you are buying or selling, he is the guy you want with you...He deserves more commission than he received.
