When marketing our house, he was very thorough and ensured we were able to receive top dollar of our home to get what we needed to put towards our new home; walking us through the entire process and suggesting ideas of making the home marketable. Towards the buying process, it was an extremely competitive market at the time and he was very patient with my families need and kept an eye out for up and coming homes that were coming into the market that fit into our check boxes. When we found houses that peaked our interest, Billy did not hesitate to contact the selling agent to schedule us a showing as soon as possible. As soon as the wife & I decided to place an offer, Billy drafted up a contract on the spot to propose to the sellers.
