After the loss of my elderly parents last year, I was left with the task of selling several properties in older, not so desirable areas anymore. Despite the fact that his compensation would be minimal by comparison to better markets, he accepted the challenge. I live out of state, which limited me on numerous needs that required my immediate attention.
