Fantastic experience: Selling my home in San Pedro while downsizing and moving out of town could have been very stressful, but Garrison made the whole experience remarkably smooth. From our very first conversation, he explained exactly how he believed the process would unfold and what steps would help my home show it's best. True to his word, everything happened just the way he said it would. Since I already had relocated, he worked with the transition company after I moved out and personally coordinated the contractors for a few improvements he recommended. He then arranged staging and that made my home look wonderful when it went on the market. After that, he brought in a professional photographer who captured the very best of every aspect of my home. Garrison's marketing plan was very successful. Garrison also carefully explained two different pricing approaches and why he believed creating a little competition might bring the best result. I followed his advice and just as he predicted, the property received multiple offers within the first week and sold right in the range he had anticipated. Fantastic experience: We've been working with Garrison and his team for the past 4 years, and they've been patient with us throughout the entire time as we tried to navigate a volatile housing market. Initially, we were looking in the South Bay area, but Garrison's team also had a strong understanding of the Silver Lake landscape and it's nuances. The house we bought had a laundry list of incomplete work and Garrison's team was able to work with the listing broker in having all those issues remedied with no cost to us before the close of escrow. They immediately started the inspection process and were able to identify and resolve issues with drainage, plumbing, showers, and foundation. Garrison's team allowed us to only sign for the release of the deposit once we felt completely comfortable removing physical contingencies. They seemed to always have our comfort level in mind. Most importantly, Garrison's team found a discrepancy in listed Square Footage and actual Square Footage and they were able to negotiate a price reduction that was in line with the listed Price per square foot. We had to do quite a bit of remodeling work before putting a condominium unit on the market. Garrison suggested a general contractor and worked with him to select all of the sinks, lamps/lighting, kitchen appliances, flooring, paint colors, etc. that would appeal to today's buyers.
