I didn't want to make months of payments for an empty place, and I most definitely did not want to be a landlord. So enter Team Awesome! J. Boswell helped me get it on the market in just under a month, without me ever having to leave LA! They took care of everything, no surprises, constant updates and SOLD my place for OVER ASKING before I had to cough up any more cash on my end. Also I was clear, when I bought it, I did a full ADA remodel. But it was an older place that like any home, needed more love. Fantastic experience: I received a job offer in Texas July 9th that wanted me to start on August 1st, we reached out to Jessica and her partner Derek Savoy and after meeting with us a couple days later, Jessica had a game plan that got us in order to prepare the house for showing, up on the market and sold for $30k over our listing price in 3 weeks time. We had an incredibly tight turn around that we weren't sure was even possible, but Jessica and her team pulled it off with better results than we could have hoped for! I would recommend this team with no reservations, they moved mountains for our sale and we couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: Right from the start I communicated with Jessica through email while getting my mother’s house to market (as an estate sale) I felt comfortable with her and I am glad she represented me. She responded in a timely manner to each email and text. When the deal with the first buyer fell apart she worked hard to find another buyer. The house was only on the market for approximately 55 days. When I sell my own home I will have Jessica represent me again. She is a top shelf agent.

She tirelessly took us from house to house and supported us as we searched for the right home for our family.
