Fantastic experience: Rob made a very good first impression. He was very clear about what he had to offer as an agent, what we could expect from him and the sale process and our rights and privileges. Although his suggested list price was less than we'd considered his strategy proved to be very effective. My wife staged the home and he offered to pay for it. We ran into a few plumbing issues just before the sale which created some concern but we were able to work through everything together to close out the deal. At times some of his responses to phone calls and texts were a bit delinquent and he encouraged the use of his office assistant. In the end, Rob helped us get an offer well over asking price.
